This is the best tutorial in all youtube on how to windmill. Others forget to teach basic things like how to move from the turtle freeze position to the backspin (the thing you taught about the elbows) and just assume we can all do that easily. I could do my first whole mill thanks to this video, so thanks man! Thanks for the effort and for teaching us how to do cool stuff!
I'm really happy about that!! :D thanks man! sometimes is hard for people to break down the moves because in breaking there are no specific ways and methods to learn each move.. so I try to break them down as more as I can haha :)
Thank you Kaio for having one more tutorial for the windmill as I think this is the best one which has the perfect organization. Detailed explained the technique by breaking it down into step by step, including the last bouncing tip.
@@KaioFalcrow kaio what do you suggest doing for exercises for when you bounce and catch the freeze and one leg hits the floor, because when I do that my left leg or (right leg) hits the floor and I just fall and cant do another round. And it hurts when I catch the freeze again on my right arm and also i keep being stuck in the freeze position and cant collapse without my legs hitting the floor.
If you need more help to learn the Windmill, check out the guide I made about it: ko-fi.com/s/7a8430290d
