- VANILLA BISCOITOS
10 cups all purpose flour
4 cups bisquick pancake flour
12 extra large whole eggs
1 whole package butter 1 lbs.
4 tbsp yellow crisco
4 cups sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp (vanilla extract,lemon extract or almond extract )
In a large bowl, add flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Beat eggs and lemon extract. Add butter and crisco to flour. Blend well. . Add eggs and extract and mix everything well until combined. Let rest for 30 minutes. Divide dough into five equal parts. Form dough into a log about 2 inch thick. Cut the log into small 1 pieces. Roll the dough into a rope about 5-6 inches long and bring both ends together to form a circle. Place them on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper . Bake at 350 degrees until light golden. - บันเทิง

These biscoitos are an altered version because the authentic Portuguese biscoitos do not incude bisquick pancake flour. I'm wondering if they even taste like the authentic Portuguese biscoitos that my family makes.
Zita no they are not authentic like my mom,she didn’t use bisquick either. These taste very good and again recipes are meant to be broken. You make your own, I make my own. No need to bash someone else style of cooking if it’s not like your. Do your think I do mine. I sell hundreds of these so they are that good. Thank you for watching my videos
