I learned particles all on my own and so far I think I'm doing great, I learned what all the properties do and how do make things look quite alright with no help!
Though these videos help me reflect on my skills and see what I need to improve, which so far isn't much but we'll see

how come mine still has a background every texture i put on the part it always shows its white or tile background :((

make sure it is transparent, most when you search online they implement the grid in the background so it isn't a true transparent background, just search what particle you are looking for, don't put transparent after, when you find the one you like check if it has a white background, then when you click the background is transparent, also there is a method I use, mainly for flipbooks and that is changing the light emission and making it higher.

why does the url thing appear for you when you put a texture?
for me nothing appears and i cant put the texture

I can't really understand what you're saying so I'll answer everything I think you could be asking.
1. Go to roblox, go to create, click decals, upload a picture you have saved onto your computer, and publish it.
2. Click the decal you just made and copy the numbers in the URL or just the entire link to it.
3. Go into studio and click the particle in explorer and then change the "texture ID" in properties.
If this didn't help maybe try rephrasing your question? I would be able to help more if I understood your question.

@@alittlebitofhope there are a few reasons for that. It might be because he has a plugin but it also might just be a version difference. Also roblox will instantly approve an image and allow you to use it (has to be somewhere in your files so roblox can access it), so I can't see where the problem with that is.
