WEIGHT LOSS WEDNESDAY not officially, I am a college student and felt that I could follow your guidelines from what you say in your videos, and so I gave it a shot just to try it out and here I am!

Speaking of Heather, as I was listening to you interview her it struck me that if I were ever to be interviewed I would want it to be you...you are so kind and gracious to those you interview!

I eat almost the same food everyday, except when artichokes, asparagus, chestnuts, persimmons... are in season. I'll cook different kinds of beans too if I see a bean I've never tried before...but I make it easy on myself and keep everything simple! I also have so many cookbooks but frankly, it is so easy to steam, microwave, pressure cook food, I don't follow recipes often. Thank you so much for your videos Chef AJ!

Chef AJ, you are awesome and inspiring! Thank you for these videos! I have a question - what to do in case of low blood pressure? I did exclude salt and this week I had dizziness and nausea, went to doctor and I have too low blod pressure. What can you suggest to avoid that. Should I drink salt water as suggested?

12% of fat would be 23gr based on that amount of calories not 8 gr
1 was eating no overt fats for 3 years living of rice potatoes a ton of veggies and i am like you i love Apple in my Salad
I could never get more than 5% fat eating about 1900-2000 cals a day. it changed my Hormones slowly to the point where i had to add some flax and chia. Getting to 10-15% made all the difference for me .

You should have a food line that you sell on Amazon. Like muffins etc. SOS products. . Like your show. I can never watch while you are live, but do enjoy them later when I have time. Thanks for all your time.

I LOVE sweet potatoes, I am content eating them strait up everyday for the rest of my life. The golden glow is nice but my orange hands are a little worrying. Do you think this is a sign to back off the sweet potatoes?

can you get the japanese white sweet potatoes? My asian market usually has them. I don't care for the orange ones but the white ones are YUM I eat a couple per month.

Hi Lindy from South Africa again. I have 'n little problem. I am finding that my blood pressure is very low. 79/50 when I don't eat salt. Feeling dizzy. I have tried Liquorice root that did no help. My Dr says I must eat salt. Is there a food high in salt that I can eat to help.

You need to think for yourself and not follow others blindly. If a particular dietary choice conflicts with your medical condition, why would you continue to do it? If salting your food will ensure normal blood pressure without any other negative effects, why not salt your food. Listen to your dr.

Lindy Janse van Rensburg celery does have high salt. Sea vegetables as well. I add dolce instead of salt. But yes, I would ask a professional.

Each to their own but I don't really understand all these people who say they get bored of eating the same things...if you like it and it's doing you good, I don't see what the problem is lol.
