    I am currently five-two and one-hundred-sixty-six lbs (down five in only three weeks) And one of my motivations is being able to rest my chin on my knees like I used to. I also want to look as close to the body types I admire as I can get without making myself crazy or unhealthy.

    DATES are my favorite for long hikes and endurance sports!! Loads of minerals, high calorie and high carb.

    I love how you always have great ideas in your episodes, like the loose hibiscus flowers! I checked and Bulk Barn has them so I too can save money and use less packaging. I cold steep my herbal teas like Dr Greger recommends and I love it so I will take your suggestion, thank you!

    The hibiscus plant part that is used is the flower. You could dry some Hibiscus flowers and make your own!

    Hum - I"m watching these in order. Before I go watch the next one, let me take a guess at another E. After environment, I'll say it's excuses, maybe something to do with exercise, not addressing the elephant in the room.     I wanted to ask your thoughts, this article i have read talks about how being sick with the flu causes your body to store more fat, i am sick with the flu for a few days now and i am wondering if the scale is effected by this in anyway?

    I have been really trying to increase my vegetable intake 50/50 to sometimes 75/25. However, Can u tell me if its normal for your period to come late on this lifestyle? My weight has gone up 2lb within 2 days of measuring n i feel its a sign but not sure or if im still not doing it right? :/

      Check cronometer to see if you are eating enough. Are you also getting the B12 vitamin?

      Yeah i dont think i was eating enough, and i do weight lifting lol so strange to eat all the good carbs for once.

      Monique, not so much now, but I had intense workouts 6 days a week. I believe you need to eat more, or at least, more grains.
