    A simple but very nice design - I am very fond of seeing "City Service" style things like this so it's quite practical, and the corner space there looks great!

    That’s my Lego set I had forever. I even have 2 (I think I was given it twice) which is great for my city. This set started my whole Lego city.
    As I have 2 I did Moc it to a double level using only the pieces from the set! My favourite city set ever, way better than city now. Keeping all the good bits like the roof and inside and more.
    For your 2 bus great to add a few stickers.
    Bus station very nice it’s making the buses go on a angle. Awesome tile work! The building is great. The roof looks just like a bus station area, even better as you’d had the bits for it.
    This is amazing use of this area and it’s low so can see it all. Yes add the people!
    Also when your said 1 hour later as lots of stickers, I was thinking SSP. This was a fun surprise.
    Super fun to see my favourite set as a video.

    I was just on vacation or as you say holiday in the UK! A lot of the travel type buses I was on had the main door on the left like you have it then the middle door on the other side of the bus. This allowed for people to get off safely no matter how the buss pulled up to the curb. Just a suggestion to make both side of the bus more interesting.

    Why Don't who make one bus 244 and the other yellow bus 242 because then they'll be similar in version and number. Love the video👏👌💛

    I think you need a wee papershop / news stand next to the bus stall or on the dark grey triangle

    • @RobinHoodBricks
      @RobinHoodBricks  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is one opposite, at the Bugle, but yes, it needs some stall or other. Maybe that VitaRush one I did?!

      No worries, I forgot about the one by the Post building. Not sure what else is kicking about near Stevenage bus station (my local). Maybe a post box / Amazon collection locker thing

    Looks good, only thing for me is the dark Grey looks like road and the light gey looks like sidewalk. Which is kinda backwards on this build...

    • @RobinHoodBricks
      @RobinHoodBricks  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, I think I tried it both ways and preferred this. I could even switch it over!

  • @danshewell8746

    The bus doors look the wrong way around. Opening outwards from the left. Just feel they should be opening from the right as it looks more aero dynamic that away around.

    I think in that small space if you could try putting a map stand thing for like if you where to somehow end up at the bus station but need a map to go somewhere in the city that you may not travel by bus to.

    Change the gray line on the bottom of the buses to a green line to match the sticker on the back of the bus

    Am jealous of the amount of room your city has. Mines just 7 baseplates by 4. It’s getting quite cramped!
    The improvements to the busses look really good.
    The bus station roof is very nice too.
    I wonder if seating or some more features might be coming in future videos.

    • @RobinHoodBricks
      @RobinHoodBricks  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, many more features and people to come. I am also jealous of anyone with more space than I have. I feel I'd be able to fill twice the space!

    Lovely use of space, to maximize the day to day details in the city! One thought though, would you consider swapping the light and dark grey tiles, so areas the busses use to park match the roads and the pavements match the pedestrian areas?

    Very nice! I think the 1-stud wide lbg stripe of tiles between the bus station and the Grand Emporium looks out of place. I would swap it for dbg so it is seamless between the two sections.

  • @Keith.M.Westra

    I really like this. Simple but effective. I wonder if it would look a little better to switch the light and dark gray colors of the tile work so the parking spots read like they are paved like the roads and the rest concrete like the sidewalk? Just a thought. Keep up the amazing work, as always.

    Apologies if this has been suggested hundreds of times already, but how about a coffee stand in that empty bus station corner? Very smart build, BTW.
