How does a Lego fan despise Lego ninjago?!
I've noticed Lego Star Wars fans hate Lego Ninjago, and vice-versa. Two themes could not be more different (other than maybe Dreamzz/Monkie Kid and Star Wars).

i love that lego store!!! if i do build one i would try do the same technique the modular Fire Brigade used but i would use tan tiles, that still looks really good

Dude you should've gotten more modular buildings especially the ones that contain multiple businesses/stores so you can simulate that you have more activity in your city. That's what I've done for my own city.
Maybe you can do a pt.2 where you expand on what you have with more modular buildings and accessory packs like the lego city electric scooters.

Where do you get all the flesh heads
That is a truly metric ton of work just for a 13 minute video. It is great though, I love the original builds that you made and the minifigure placement and stories are fun and creative. I wouldn't have minded a video twice the length, to have a little more time to enjoy the process and see all the little details. This is TH-cam, not Tiktok, so you actually have all the time in the world and can take an hour or more if you like. (or a series of videos, like the Black Falcon fortress)
Regardless, I love this project and even though it feels a little rushed, with (possibly) sped up narration, it is a joy to watch. You even managed to put a little commercial in there for Lightbricks, which I have to say give a very nice result.
