Hi, yes it is possible but the money will go directly to the copyright holder. There are ways to fool the algorithm but they are a waste of time thus NOT recommended

You will need to obtain a synchronisation license for each video by contacting the copyright owner of the music. Alternatively what you can do is approach artist that make original covers and ask them to place their covers on your channel using WATH wich will monetize them for you. You can even offer to make original lyric videos for their original songs and possibly charge them for it. You could easily make 50$ per video.
No. If there is a copyright claim you won’t make any money for that video. TH-cam does a scan of your video before it’s uploaded to see if you have anything that could be copyrighted.

Wath does not accept lyric videos. Only orogonal covers. I've replied to others please read the comment since they might give you further insights

Yes you can use them. Yes - all they ask is that you credit the Artist and song(s) used in the description of your video/livestream.

The reason why the did not get copywrite strikes is because the original content owner monetizes the videos.
