And it works for us Seniors. Oh man - my Driving distance was longer yesterday at our group outing. Just doing the Manuel de la Torre concept as he outlines it. Longer and Straighter. That ball position is also key. Many thanks for all you do.

I totally agree with you. I spent years trying to get into body positions, with poor results and never thinking about the hands.
Then one day it clicked. I just swing my hands with a soft grip and loose wrists and tell them what I want them to do and am able to compress the ball with no effort.
The mind is in the hands folks.

Sounds like my Dad's advice back in the 1960's. Just swing the club and get out of the way. I like this method also.

Whilst there is a lot of talk of the “Swing the club-head” theory being all there is to the golf game, unless the wrists are strong you can swing to your heart’s content and not get very far. You have to make the club-head do the work. This is my slogan, and this “make” implies effort, will power and resistance, for the golf-club is more or less a lever and the left hand resists the hit of the right hand.” - HENRY COTTON, 1951. I once gave a lesson to a pro body builder biggest wrists forearms I have ever seen, he could not hit the ball more than 50 yards, by teaching for 1/2 an hour how to swing the club he was hitting a 7 iron 160 yards carry { first lesson }, his words were I dont need to use my muscles just swing the club, as I told him and others we dont use power to get distance we create power with a good swing, this method has worked for hundreds of happy clients.

Hi Andrew. If I do this swinging motion and still slice the ball, what would you suggest I should do to correct it?

Hi Tom, I did a video on the correct use of the wrists that could be worth a watch, [ unlocking your hidden power joints] , as you may be rolling your wrists on the backswing instead of hinging them, also using a swing app film and check your swing in slow mo to check the first move from the top of your swing, hopefully that will help you , or you could do a online lesson with me, all the best Andrew.
