I plan to make a 5x10 wood flag, and would like to know from your side how big the flag jig to build or the 2 by 4 foot jig is enough to support the larger size.

But why do you rip them down and then glue them back up? Couldn’t you stain the center, tape it off and then spray paint?

What is the size of the stars that you carved
I used Miniwax Royal Pine for the Thin Blue Line. It turned out great. Yours may be better.

There are many videos out there with magnets. I've done dozens of them. Let me know if you want to know how I did them
