This episode really resonated with me. As I listened to it, I had to stop and reflect on what Dr Taheripour was saying and think back to over 50 years ago when I was first starting off in my professional career. Back then, I actually did have a 5 year plan, and had goals to help meet that end-which I did. However, I find that the "self negotiating" I had with myself was so much more confident and positive and powerful, than it was when I retired, and even so now. It raises the question as to why this is and has motivated me to dig deep and have that conversation with myself now, for clarity for the next five years. Thank you for this invigorating episode.
