Tell me if you think your post-stroke care was good enough? What helped the most and what did you need more of? Share in the comments so we all learn from each other!

I am from Malaysia, stroke on Basal Ganglia, my muscle tone is high. Neurologist doctor give me Clonazepam 0.5mg to help me relax my muscle and sleep at night. Is this medicine not Good for my brain recovery? I tried to take half of it for few weeks and when I waked up at midnight around 3-4am then couldn’t sleep. If I take 0.5mg, I can sleep from 10pm till 6am deeply. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hi Pat, that's awesome, welcome! All you do is tune in each group here on TH-cam and use the guide to personalize the information. These sessions are not live, they are recorded. I hope you feel empowered by the experience and it enhances your recovery greatly!
