Thanks for sharing your healthy yummy recipes! Question though... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a fat-loss meal plan from them and I love it.
Good Sunday morning Healthy Vegan Mama. You're looking fit and fantastic. I love that veggie medley. Thanks for sharing all your tips and recipes for helping me to meet my weight loss goals in 2023! 😍👍
I haven't check up on your channel lately and am glad to see you're still here. I appreciate the quick, easy and healthy meals you make. I went through a period of time when I questioned some of the vegan influencers and diet culture, but what you do comes from a place of having had serious medical issues and feeling ill and wanting to heal. I am currently experiencing some health issues (FH, fibro, gastritis) and realizing that self-care includes putting good things in my body!
So happy you checked back on me :) I hope you start to heal, and I am glad you have realized the importance of putting good things in your body. Thanks for saying hello.
Hi Tia I’ve been watching you for just a little while now. Really love the way you inspire me to eat healthy. I’m the only one in my house that doesn’t eat meat, I’m not vegan but can’t wait to try your recipes. Ty x
@Healthy Vegan Mama oh that's great. Would love to see more how you plan for travel. I'm on the road right now, and I packed for the flight, but it's a conference. I plan to have salad daily but definitely need more than just lettuce. Would love ideas for travel internationally and when you don't have a full fridge available. Love your videos. Thank you for all you do.
I love how simple and quick your meals are! Thank you for sharing! I have a video request...I have been on a toast kick, anyway you could do some savory toast ideas?? Nothing fancy, there are probably some good basic ideas I've just forgotten about!? TIA 😊
Tia those 10 minute meals are awesome 👌 & yummy 😋. Glad it's spring now even though you wouldn't think it is based on the weather because its still winter weather we're getting (a false spring) and don't get spring weather until May. Thanks for sharing this inspirational video Tia and appreciate it and love 💞Tia & family.
Hi🥰Thank you so much for all you tips and help. Can you please recommend chicken and vegetables broth or alternatives, as I can’t get them in the Uk ( or they are extremely expensive as they import from the USA) Thank you so much , I wish you and your family all the best 🙏🏻💖xx Bo xx
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank you so much for getting back to me 🥰I’m using it for flavouring too xx We have cubes , but they are not so good for weight loss 😔xx
Great tips and easy meals here Tia. The thought of frozen vegetables is just nasty because they taste awful. I noticed in your freezer that you had bags of vegetables. Do you cook your own fresh vegetables and then freeze them? If so, how long do they last?
There isn't a specific meal to break you through a plateau. You need to adjust your plates and what you eat, or you can try some other things. If you want to email me, I can try to walk you through this :)
I really struggle with flavor. Plant based meals with very low fat never seem to satiate me and I always feel hungry. I really like a lot of flavor so just using soy sauce does not seem to do it for me. I'd love some tips.
Vegan and health are oxymorons, I'm always told that there is no link between being vegan and health because vegan is for the animals and carnivore is for health. I had many health problems on a vegan diet, I only followed it for 2 years but the health issues became quite serious.
Being vegan means you don't eat any animal products; it doesn't mean you are healthy - correct. Many people eat an unhealthy vegan diet of processed foods, oil, etc. However, you can be a healthy vegan by eating a whole-food plant-based diet, free from processed foods, oils, etc. If it was me, I would stick to the scientifically proven data and not listen to what I was "told,", especially regarding my health. Wish you all the best on your health journey - seems like you are trying to figure it out :)
Thanks for watching :) Likes and comments are always appreciate. Plus y’all know I love to say 👋🏻
I love eating this way. I've lost 53lbs. 20lbs to go. I don't count calories or deprive myself. I'm never hungry. I eat until I'm full.
Wow congrats to you! Keep it up! :)

Hi 👋 great ideas!
Am I missing a link to the Sesame Ginger Dressing? It looks so good
I was looking for it too!

Hi :) what are you using the broth for? If for sautéing food you can just use water.
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank you so much for getting back to me 🥰I’m using it for flavouring too xx We have cubes , but they are not so good for weight loss 😔xx
@@boglarkakovacs662 hmmm is that because if oil? Maybe just use water and then more seasoning for flavor 🤔
@@HealthyVeganMama Thank you so much , I will do that 🥰🙏🏻xx

No, I usually buy from whole foods that are already frozen. I do not notice any nasty flavor, but I do flavor my food pretty good :)
Great video! where did you get the oil free dressing?
If you look in the description and click on the recipe link it’s all there :)
Do you freeze your veggies yourself? If so, would love to learn any tips/tricks you have on that front. Thank you!!
Sometimes but I mostly buy them already frozen because that saves me lots of time.
Do you have a regular book to buy?
Great video! Very useful tips and optimistic tone are really encouraging. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise! 😀
I don't see links to the items you mentioned in this video.
I’d like for you to show meals to break through a plateau

Isn't Tahini fattening? I was told if im trying to lose weight not to eat it.?
I really struggle with flavor. Plant based meals with very low fat never seem to satiate me and I always feel hungry. I really like a lot of flavor so just using soy sauce does not seem to do it for me. I'd love some tips.
oh wait! We don't have to cook tofu?
Well, you certainly win the prize for the most bland meals in history 😂
