Absolutely delicious. I could so eat these things! I love pasta & brown rice. What a wonderful way to include tons of non starchy veggies. I will make these this week for my lunches. Thanks & God bless

Same here Sally. Did so well WFPB until I hit November and December. Nothing but junk food. Gained weight, heartburn and feel crappy. Need to refocus and get back to plant based Good luck to you too.

I went plant based a month ago...I ate quite a lot in the beginning but I'm finding I'm not that hungry now and I think I need to cut back on how much I'm eating.. I also haven't been losing any weight I've just maintained my weight and I do want to lose .. about 20lbs.. it's a good thing but I don't feel like I eat much to begin with.. a smoothie in the morning with oats and fruit with maybe an apple..I don't eat lunch.. dinner is usually a veggie with beans or rice..I don't want to be deficient in anything.. still not sure what to do.. I think I'm going to cut out the extra fruit in the morning or perhaps cut dinner a little..

@@abc7764 I thought of those, I’m not a fan of chickpeas though, I find them “dry” but I’ll do some research & find something equivalent in protein & nutrition to the edamame. Thanks for your reply 👍🏻😊

I'm so glad you labeled your video indicating that this is "vegan" weight loss so I didn't waste time watching this video. I hate wasting my time clicking on videos to waste 10-15 minutes all to find out that the video wasn't of interest I just thought you'd like that feedback!
Your comment made me giggle!! A “vegan” diet is one of the best ways to lose weight and be healthy. I highly suggest you watch a documentary on Netflix called “what the health” and then this video might not be a waste of your time!! 🤗

If you're not a vegan, you can't weed these out because it's not part of the name of the video. Not shaming her video, just appreciating the fact that she's let us (non vegans) know that she's created a vegan weight loss meal video just helps us search better 😌 I'm not against vegans or their diets! Hope I made that better to understand!
