But still many hotels especially in my hometown sell biryani with fried chicken but then wonder why dum biryani restaurants outsell them. Of course dum biryani is harder to make and takes much longer. And spoilt chicken is easier to detect in dum so wastage is higher.

Its ok..but we cant decide quality and satisfaction of a biriyani unless fully eaten. Starting from smelling the masala, biting the chicken, eating with rice, crushing the pappadam, mixing rice with egg to rice with raitha, its a joyful ride overall..

Sorry to say but the all Biryani u displayed are flope, have tasted all , rice is the main issue,they dont make in long biryani rice , except few hotels , am a biryani lover , still exploring , sethi da daba from punjab has got basmati long rice good 4star will give, Hill palace hotel at tripunithura irimpanam top floor hotel got good biryani the ultimate , u need to go there , realy good biryani i explored a year back. but i dont know for now. pls go there
They used the same spoon that they used in one biryani that was inside their mouth and used it for other biryanis. Very dirty way of tasting food. Moreover, they just tasted the rice for the most part and not the meat for each of them. So, it's not a valid comparative study.
We were not deciding the best dear... We were just trying out... I have already mentioned in yhe video that this doesn't state that any of those Biriyani stands first or last.
