let's just take a moment to appreciate chloe's efforts and hard work in putting out all these workout programs for us who can't afford gym memberships lol. love you always chloe! 💗💗
If anyone cares: I've been doing this after my workouts nearly everyday since the program started and I'm starting to notice a slight difference in my flexibility
I care. We care💛🤗 That's so niiiicee. The only change I see is that I'm no longer sore after my workouts. I've always been a little bit more flexible than average so I haven't been paying any attention to that, lol. But I'm happy for you hon😁
heyyyy as a dancer i just wanted to point out that stretches are affected by whether or not you point your toes. if you flex your feet, the stretch is more intense.
I had cramps too but I did the workout Bc I heard that working out during your period helps? I’m not sure if that’s true but I felt much better afterwards too even if I was sweating like crazy. 😅
@@zoewhite4387 ya that's exactly what I do. Usually, I get cramps and everything, but I did the workouts and felt so much better. I also stayed loyal to the exercises
actually first day my painless lower stomach is started to pain too much so the second and third day i didnt workout and it was very nice when i rest, i was doing 2 programs at the same time and i was to much exhausting and cant doing some of the videos properly, decided to do normal one because seriously i was losing my performans, hope thats would be better for me
Well unlike you guys, I never get cramps... or the theory that if girls are on their period, their mood changes. Total opposite for me. Period or not, I feel the same.
@@juhlisuhh7210 joints have synovial fluid which basically helps them to move more easily. When you stretch the joint, the gases in the fluid form bubbles which are then released, making that popping sound (Don't judge I took GCSE P.E haha)
@@juhlisuhh7210 hey it's no problem :) from what I know, the gas bubbles are completely normal but like if your joints popping hurt or it eventually causes swelling, that's when you should get checked out. But if there's no pain, you should be all good! :)
ATTENTION 🛑🛑🛑: if you do online school, I REALLY recommend that you do this at lunch break or when your teacher is doing a lecture (with the video muted so u can hear your teacher of course) after sitting at a computer all day, a stretch is reallllllllyyyyy good for you. If you can, do this outside as well, then you can let your eyes not be strained. Please please PLEASE do some type of stretch if u have online school, or at least look away from ur screen every once in a while. It pains me to say this, but please like so more people can see this. Actually u don’t have to like, just spread the word! 😊😊
*For people wondering whether or not they should bother with the cool down, I would HIGHLY recommend doing it.* I have been doing Chloe Ting challenges for a little over a week now. At the beginning I would just do the workouts, and move on with my day. I was so sore whenever I woke up the next day and it hurt to even walk (keep in mind I am someone who has never seriously worked out before.) I started doing the warm-up and cool down before and after every day’s required workouts and I noticed a *HUGE* difference in how I felt. I am less sore and I feel much better when I’m working out. They might seem like a waste of time, but you will feel so much better if you do the cool down 😊
u r so darn right, i jzt started yesterday and finished Day 2 of the programme 2day. For Day 1 I jzt did the workout, n i totally regret didnt do her warm up n cool down stretch. so for Day 2, i did warm up n cool down stretch. Damn i feel like i could still do a intense 20 min walk session as extra. lmao
It's not only because you didn't use to exercice, i've been working out for 4 months now 3 a week i guess and still get pain muscles the next day without stretching..thanks for the advice you gave
Chloe, you should totally make an app with all your workouts and challenges, also notifying us to do the workout, and where we can all share our results and ask questions (It's not my comment, just wanted to share this idea :>)
Today is my first day of the two week challenge. I'm already so tired, but I'll keep going. The comments under the videos motivate me so much. Results now Waist: 65, Hips: 90, Legs: 53. My goal is Waist 60-62, Legs 45-48. I guess my chest will also lose weight ... it's so sad ... Please like my comment if you are interested in the result after two weeks.
It'll be hard, but I'm sure you'll do amazing! We're all in this together, and I'd love to hear your progress at the end; any progress is still so much better than none! Keep going; you're doing great!
Here’s a few tips!: 1. I recommend doing this after you finish all your workouts, they help so that you aren’t sore the next day and they can also make you more flexible. 2. Don’t neglect these easy stretches or get lazy because your tired. I suggest even doing some of the stretches long or even doing the video twice 3. Lean forward during your butterfly to stretch out your back 4. Move your arm up and down during the side arm stretches 5. Try to put your elbows on the ground during the lunge stretches 6. PLEASE do NOT push on your knees during the leg and back stretches (at about 90%) This will mess up your knee really bad!! 7. Remember you got this and i hope you’re all staying safe
I was gonna say the same thing I started doing this 2 years ago and this is the only cool down I do because it hits everything and it's just perfect. Her warm ups are amazing too
I don't get why anyone wouldn't sub to Chloe, she seems so sweet and she helps out everyone with their physical health. I'm so glad I found her channel! its helps me sm! ly chloe!! :D
I'm making resultions every year.... To stay FIT....and also breaking it every year... This time Chloe took one but for me.. She's forcing me to stay fit from the beginning of this year... Thank you Chloe.. ❤️❤️
I think with all this extra time we have on hands now, we should be looking to explore our bodies further as any of you ever attempted to split? why not set a new goal to learn to split it can be done within 4 weeks there are channels with how to stretch tutorials online like mine that can guide you to achieving that.
lmao i just finished a workout and got a youtube recommendation for this and i was so surprised bc i needed to stretch but couldn’t find a good routine but i used this and feel so good :)) (i didnt realise it was published 4 minutes ago wow haha)
I know it can seem hard to workout... especially every day for a month... I am doing the 28 days flat tummy challenge and I am now on day 20. Even if I've gotten stronger it's still hard to stay motivated and be disciplined when you're simply just not feeling like doing anything. But trust me, if I can do it then so can you. Just remind yourself of how good you feel after working out and of how proud you will be of yourself when you've completed it. ❤️ also another tip is to set some type of reward when you're done with a challenge, like for example buying something for yourself or treating yourself with doing something you enjoy. It's all about celebrating your small victories as well as the big ones. ❤️ Remember the only one holding you back is yourself so just keep on going. ❤️( NOTE: I have a group chat on ig if you want some fitness motivation)
im doing three of her workouts plus this and it kills me but I think of the things that are gonna happen when I get back to school I'm gonna be changing in the girls locker room and they finna be jealous of my abs butt and arms dude I'm getting in shape for a glow up I can't wait this is a workout I'm never gonna stop!
@@crustydustydinosouaruwu5101 Same here, I hate being the only one at school that can't wear specific clothing or sit down comfortably! Ima glow up just so I can show that I look fine!
Update, I completed the challenge and while I didn't get any remarkable results I am still happy I did it. It got me stronger, got me disciplined and got me into a routine. I continued with the booty challenge but had to take a break cause I got a cold or corona virus, not sure haha but I feel fine anyway.. Anyway I recommend you all to try it, it's challenging but can be modified to fit anyone, no matter fitness level... it's all just about mental discipline and keeping yourself accountable. Don't have too high expectations of the results, it's not just a challenge, it's about changing your lifestyle for the better and start being consistent with something, even when it's hard. If you just keep on going you will soon see results anyway so just keep on going and enjoy getting stronger on the way. 💕YOU ALL CAN DO IT (Btw if you need some motivation search up David Goggins, he has a great book and there's plenty of inspiring videos on him on yt, or watch the glow up diaries on yt) 💕
Chloe's challenges make me feel like a winner everytime I finish another day, and that's something I haven't experienced while working out, thank you for everything, Chloe!!!
If the childs pose isn't stretching your hips to the point that you can't do it comfortably after 10 seconds, you're not doing it right. Try having your knees go wider than the yoga mat
One of the things I love the most about Chloe it's that she's not just working out and filming it, she creates a community and she cares about everyone that watches her videos. She's so sweet and I'm so thankful for it!❤️
Omg I dit it guys! The two weeks shred challenge. It was hard but now im 3kg lighter. This is my 3rd challenge but my first to finish. The two before i had couldt finish do to health problems and im so happy that i could finish this one. Never give up!
So today is day three and it took me honestly 1h 30min to build up the motivation to do this workout from the 2020 summer shred challenge. I was sitting in front of my laptop, going through my phone and just couldn't do it. I eventually drank a second cup of coffee and pushed through! So happy that I did it because I feel much better now. Guys let me tell you, even on days you feel down or just not up for it, do it. Even if you need to take more breaks or can't give 100%, I promise ill feel so much better after. Thank you Chloe!
im on day three of the 2 week shred challenge so this is the 5th video of the day for me and you're so so right, it took me hours to build up the motivation but then i just went for it and it wasn't too bad in the end. I've done workout challenges before this but always given up or cried after the workouts ahaha but i'm determined with this one to actually complete it! I hope you get the results you want, good luck girly :))
I just finished day 1 of the “Two Week Shred Challenge”. Today was really hard but I don’t regret it… I feel hopeful that this will work. I’m definitely a little sore but the cool down helped a lot. I’m sure I had terrible form and I definitely skipped some exercises but I feel good. Good and tired. I’ll update y’all on day 4!
This was such a good stretch I could feel ever sore muscle loosen up😂😂 Another workout doowwwnn, I feel so good. It's the first I've ever woke up desperate to complete a workout that I didn't even think about breakfast, just got up, got ready, drank some water and went straight into it. Even went out of my comfort zone (my room) and went out on the patio where everyone could see me. Lol. I can only do low impacts in my room and I decided that, I didn't want to continue with low impacts, so I came out of my comfort zone for the high impact. Feel so proud of myself, I could cry. Thank you Chloe☺️💚😊 Been with you for 3-4 years now and I'm so happy. Love you.
@@1-800-hot-n-cute Thank you! You go girl! I'm rooting for you just like all of us here. I'm actually on day 16 of the 2020 ab challenge. I will be honest, I missed out some days so I had to start back at the days that I missed😩😕 but slow progress is better than no progress😁. It will pay off and we'll be so happy with the fact that we stuck through it.🤗💛💚
Tbh, I love how all people in the comment section are agreeing on the same things and everyone is just relatable.. it’s like you’re my friends or siblings..
This is the absolute best cooldown out there. Hits every musscle group and i’m never sore afterwards. I do this after chloe’s workout’s and any other exercise
its from yoga, like a scared cat with the arched back and then a cow cos theyr hip bones jut out so theyr back arches lol true though, so awkward doing it in a yoga class
I was honestly so surprised how relaxing this was and how quickly I cooled down from today’s exercise! The 20 minute cardio workout is super hard on me because I haven’t done genuine cardio in over a year, and every time I finish I feel like I might die. But this helped me a lot and I’m honestly shocked how much I enjoyed it! Never been a yoga person but now I might have to be!
Guuuuuuuuys! I have been doing Chloe Ting workout for almost 2 weeks now, and just yesterday after workout I forgot to strech and cool down (because something kinda distractacted me, and I quickly went to shower) And YO...I woke up today feeling SORE and TIRED for the very first time, which didn't happen at all for these two weeks! So guys, in conclusion: don't you EVER skip or forget to stretch and cool down after every workout :) just sayin' :) You may not do workout perfectly (like ME), but you HAVE TO stretch always! at the end, don't get lazy on this part :)
@@oh5943 These stretches don’t do a lot for me, personally, because it is my joints that suffer the worst. I enjoy stretching, though, and getting more flexible, so I still do these every day. I still get muscle soreness now and then, but maybe it would be a LOT worse if I didn’t do the stretches?? Honestly, this doesn’t take THAT much time after the workout, so might as well do it. It feels good after the workout, anyway. Warmups are super important to me, though. Warmups help my joints because it forces my muscles to engage before the hard workout.
see i used to do online workouts every now and then without a warmup and cool down and i felt like hell the next day so i never continues, and my dumbass finally realized that i should try one. my life changed after that realization lmao
Can this be done before workout Or do only this as a workout itself Because I’m not used to and I’m just a beginner So thought of doing this itself as a workout Pls somebody reply and advise I’m bad in a fitness m. Want to begin workout but dnt know where to start so pls suggest Am I good to do this only as a workout or I can do this before and after workout stretches
Hi everyone! I have been doing Chloe Ting's workouts and challenges for about 2 years now. When I started, I was trying to do it for others. I would do 1 or 2 workouts from her, call it good, and continue trying to change myself. Present day, I am here doing her challenges for myself, taking care of myself, and having way more confidence! I am in middle school and I am in the best shape of my life already. Keep pushing and you will most definitely see results! Thank you for changing my life Chloe! :)
Day 3: Instagram Dezzy_Dreamz I dont want to workout today but I love myself and have to keep going. Age 35 Weight 190 Push harder girl Chloe Ting believes in you
Dezzy Blanton Yaaayyy. Keep going. It's the days when the body aches, the desire is low and you're feeling weak, that champions train. Self discipline is the best. I've just completed day 3. Tiiiiiiirrrreeedddd, but it was so worth. I'm writing this comment as I sit on the floor, in happy fatigue.
i totally feel you :P Im on a day 4 and i dont feel like doing anything, but we have to if we want some changes 💗 so good luck and keep going! you can do it
just found your channel, must be a sign for change in 2020 🥰 loving your vids girl !! ☺️ gonna start them today!!! new year new me. no more depression and self loathing. i hope i can achieve what you have one day!! x
Aww thank you girl. You definitely can, just like the rest of us. Thanks for subbing and do check out the results videos for some inspiring changes from others!❤️

Just finished my last day of the 2 week ab shred challenge!!! Thank you so much Chloe for these workouts. I’ve seen so much improvement in my strength, stamina, and all round well being just in the last two weeks! I can even do a pitiful push-up now!! I plan on doing this challenge over again after a rest day, just to really hone in on my ability to complete them without breaks - and I’m even considering adding resistance bands (we’ll see about that lol) To anyone wondering if this is worth it - ABSOLUTELY. Regardless of visual changes, the overall increase in strength, stamina, and mental stability has been more valuable than anything. Plus I’m just really freakin stoked to discover that I’m capable of being consistent and determined - which is just 🤯🤯🤯 what??? What else can I accomplish if I’m capable of this?? It carries through from physical workouts to everyday life, and it’s amazing.
i have never done a challenge like this so imma try the Chloe Ting 2020 Summer Shred - ENCOURAGEMENT - -pain only lasts for a little while🦋 -the more you push yourself, the easier it can get✨ -quarantine is your window of opportunity. it wont be open forever, so take your chance NOW🐞 -YOU ARE STRONG🙌 -YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL🥰 -MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT YOURE ALREADY BEAUTIFUL, NO MATTER WHAT🥺 -YOU👏CAN👏DO👏THIS👏 R E M E M B E R - every little thing you accomplish is progress :) GOALS TO GAIN - -more comfortability in my body🙌 -more confidence✌️ -an inch off my waist😬 -visible abs😌 EXPECTATIONS - -it will be challenging😤 -i’ll probably give up in two days😔 -i’m going to feel better after a few days😩 -i will feel better about myself👏 DOCUMENTS - (i’ll probably forget to update, maybe someone can remind me? (: ) current ; roughly 150lbs hips : 44 booty : 44 waist : 36 bust : 38 drinking watered down apple cider vinegar every morning & night, intermittent fasting from 7PM - 10AM, and drinking some form of tea every night at dinner. goal ; possibly 142lbs? rounder hips rounder booty the rest, imma just observe for now progress ; DAY 1 • -warm up routine ; got me feeling kinda out of breath, but imma keep going -full body shred ; the warm up helped me a lot actually. this work out was a lot easier than expected, but then again, i did everything super slow. for example • every-time there was a modified version, i did that, and everything i knew i couldn’t do, i just did mountain climbers. i still got the burn and sweat, but i took it easy. i know that it may take a while to work up to that, but i also know i’m making my body stronger every step of the way :) -shredded abs ; i was really really weak for this one. i’ve decided that for my own personal pace, i’m not going to do the arms & back workout like i had planned. after a protein shake, imma do the cool down stretch then take a shower :) ((looked in the mirror while i was downstairs and i already see a difference :0)) -cool down stretch ; i actually started to relax a little bit until one of my kittens found a who knows how old mcdonald’s cup that my younger sister left in here. if you have cats, don’t keep them in your room during your workout, especially if you’re using a yoga mat -_- as for the actual stretches, they were pretty easy and now after them, i feel refreshed and ready for my day. it’s a shame that it’s 4:03PM though. i’ll probably get up earlier tomorrow and try working out in the morning. see y’all in a week! DAY 2 • -warm up routine ; again, helped later on, but was a bit more difficult than yesterday -shredded abs ; actually got a lot easier. still challenging, but easier. my abs feel it a lot more today than yesterday. just a PSA though: the difference between using your neck and your ab muscles is astronomical -tiny waist, round butt ; i have never dripped sweat as much as i am right now. kind of hurt in the moment, but feeling a cool breeze afterwards makes me feel accomplished. tbh, i never knew i had to squeeze my muscles so much when working out, so i think that’s where i’ve gone wrong in the past. glad that i can start somewhere now. imma go grab my protein shake then do the cool down stretches, which are something i honestly look forward to lol -cool down stretch ; it got SOOO much easier, not to mention how nice it felt. i love stretching lmao my only concern was how messy my room is and how some of the stretches were described/how fast we went into them, but i know that it’ll be fine soon! i’m excited to see what happens! DAY 3 • general note : i felt really confident yesterday, and really sought to engage my muscles in my bedtime work out, which i think helped. i’m seeing results, and idk whether that’s because i feel a hell of a lot stronger, or because what i’ve been doing throughout quarantine has been paying off, but i’m really happy. i’m going to bed reminding myself that i’m strong, and genuinely excited to wake up and work out the next day :) -warm up routine ; definitely felt a bit more burn than i have, but tried to keep things slow even though i was really excited to dive straight into it lmao. ngl i’m scared for the full body shred, but i’m excited to see how much more i can do VS day 1 :) -full body shred ; i had a right to be scared, but that gave me all the more reason to punch it in the face. i definitely took more breaks than i had planned on, and was a little more weak than day one, but i know that i can fix that. your body gives up faster than your brain does, and ive vowed that i’m going to use this challenge to change that. i am a strong mother f*cking woman. i got this! and i’m going to prove all my haters wrong😌 -upper arms & body ; holy sh*t. i had to stop and grab a towel for my sweat lmao this work out has be dead. i’m really not looking forward to the last work out, but i am looking forward to my shower, which i will only achieve by doing this workout -_- i’m gaining strength.. i need to remind myself that lol :,) -toned arms ; i strongly dislike working my arms. i swear to glob, i prolly have arthritis, even though i’m 16 :,) my elbows hurt, and so do my shoulders, but the important thing is that i did it!! i have a really difficult time engaging my muscles during wall push ups though.. any advice?? -cool down stretch ; the stretches still feel super nice, especially after a workout :) i did feel a little sore, but i didn’t let that stop me DAY 4 • this is supposed to be a rest day, but i know if i stop for a day i will lose my grind. so, i’ve decided to avoid losing my rhythm, imma do the warm up & cool down stretches on rest days! -warm up routine ; wow chloe really knows how to get me to work up a sweat, even for a warm up. i procrastinated my workout a little too late for my liking, but it’s fine. i’m going to do my night workout real quick and then do my stretches :D -cool down stretch ; lol i just noticed how muscley my legs are getting but the stretches got easier for me, even though i struggled a little bit more! how imma take a cold shower!
( i ran out of characters so here’s the continued )DAY 5 • -general note ; for today, i decided to change the order on the workouts. after the warm up, i’m doing the workout i haven’t done yet, then the one i really don’t want to do, after that one imma do another one i really don’t want to do, and finishing off with one i know i can get done :) i’m feeling super lazy today but i told myself i’m not getting any chicken nuggets for lunch until i finish the workout so ha XD -warm up routine ; it’s getting easier, yet i’m still out of breath lol i’m seeing some progress in that! :) good deal! -sexy back & abs ; i like this workout, but idk how to engage my muscles.. 😬 any tips?? -upper body & arms ; i feel stronger yet weaker at the same time lmao i had to take a lot more breaks today, but i don’t feel all that bad! just two workouts to go! :) -full body shred ; yikes this made me feel very weak today, but that’s okay. i know that i’m just starting to get back into the workout grind after my rest day yesterday. genuinely considered whether or not i should skip the next video, but i figured i need to gain strength so i’m going to push myself as much as i can. -shredded abs ; i took a shit of breaks, but i think i engaged my core properly for the first time. only for one exercise though :,) it felt good. i stopped the video before mountain climbers because i’m exhausted. i’ve made the decision that i’m not going to do the optional workouts (besides the warm up and cool down of course) or change the order cause i felt way weaker this time. -cool down stretch ; i waited until night to do the cool down stretches today because i couldn’t fit it into my schedule for the day and i was able to engage my leg muscles a little bit more :) it felt really good to stretch DAY 6 • -warm up routine ; i put off my workout for too long today, but it’s okay! this warm up felt really difficult to push through and i’m shaking rn, but that’s what i get for lazing around all day :,) -full body shred ; my breathing is super weird and shallow today. yikes... i almost stopped just to cry because i felt so fat and so weak. honestly, this is definitely a challenge. i want to give up; but i know that if i press on, i’ll thank myself in the future. i feel so discouraged because after all the confidence i’ve gained this week, everyone still thinks i’m ugly and it makes me feel like i should give up. i want to make myself happy, but i feel like such a failure. anyways, my family is ordering from my favorite Mexican restaurant, and i promised myself i wouldn’t get to eat my burrito until after i finish my workout. i’ll be back. (side note, i encouraged myself a little bit because the full body shred is my least favorite 😂 i only have four left so good deal!) -shredded abs ; once again today, i didn’t do the mountain climbers. i was able to engage my core muscles a lot better this week. i imagined i was given a beer bottle and told to open it with my abs 😂 it wasn’t fully engaging but it helped. now onto the last video. today i’m planning on waiting until after my shower to do my stretches. -abs in 2 weeks ; that wasn’t nearly as challenging as i expected, then again i’m also shaking and didnt do half the up and down planks that she wanted me to :,) but it’s okay. i’m gaining strength, i have to remember that. now, i’m going to go take a shower and eat my burrito and apple juice. i’ll update y’all when i do my stretches. -cool down stretch ; i skipped my stretches :(( i’m planning on doing them twice tomorrow. i think i’m starting my period so that’s why today i was super sensitive and feeling weak :,) DAY 7 • another rest day -warm up stretch ; it was energizing enough so i’m sweating, but i don’t feel completely worn down yet :) i’m going to go into my stretches -cool down routine ; my cat was being mean and broke in to act cute and cuddly while i was mid stretch, but other than that i feel great!! :) finally feeling encouraged after yesterday! :D WEEK 1 CHECK IN - (lost the tape measure and i do not have a scale in my house :,) so yikes. but here’s week one! sorry for the delayed update! tbh i didn’t think anyone would see my comment- anyways, currently i’ve been lacking motivation so i have yet to get through week two, but i think i’ll resume tomorrow (: )
I used to always skip cool down stretches then my body couldn’t handle the tension and i pretty much had to do the stretches. Now after my exercises, stretches are my favourite part and i always look forward to do them. Thanks Chloe, you’re the best ♥️♥️♥️
I’ve been doing this 5-6 times a week since quarantine started (3/15/20). Before this I could not touch my toes in any way and my hips cracked with every movement. I can proudly say today is the FIRST day in my entire life that i can touch my toes (sitting, standing, pike, etc in every position) I pushed myself a little further every time I did this and got comfortable feeling the pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this changed my life
this workouts/cooldown stretches are one of the best things we could gift to ourselves. like i'm so happy for gifting myself these, working out. and when they wonder and ask ''how are u so energetic like this, looking good like this, healthy like this?'' we will only remember these current times where we were pushing through.
Each time I finish my workouts and do this cool down, my God, my energy comes back in excess full. Its so amazing. I don't feel tired or pains any more after the cool down. Thank you Chloe.
Thank you for all your videos, Chloe Ting! I love that each step in your exercise videos lasts less than a minute. I also love the low-impact versions. Day 6::: Today I did this Stretch video as the cool down to the Day-1 of the Summer Shred Challenge from last Summer. I am 3 Seasons late, but better late than never.
I'm a little over halfway through my 5th challenge (well-spaced and well-paced, of course) and found this one to vary up my cooldowns. Thanks for everything, Chloe! I've never felt so great, physically and mentally.
Day 7:::. This is one week of doing these stretches. And I realised that there is a difference already. I am on my 2nd day of the Summertime shred challenge. I started almost one year later when this content was posted. But a am glad I am doing this now. As a key worker during this Covid -19 Season, I need to be consistent with my health choicess. Thanks so much to Chole Ting!
Your workout videos are so motivating, I think this year I’m actually going to keep my resolution to workout more , your workouts are fun and make me feel more confident ♥︎
I’ve just found Chloe’s channel and it’s really motivating.I try doing it and all and I acc feel good after my pe lessons at school cuz I didn’t feel fat nd plus everyone was like stop eating so much chocolate so now i wanted to change cuz I see so many ppl get into disorders as they don’t like their body so I wanted to make myself feel good the prob is I share room with sibling and uncle and I like doing it in private so I don’t have much space
Day 1 of Slim Thigh Challenge DONE! 🎉 This is my first challenge (and video in general) that I do from Chloe and even though I’m soaked in sweat and sooo tired, I feel proud of myself for getting through these first videos. After two difficult strength exercise videos for thighs and abs, this was like coming home to something familiar. I love yin yoga and most of these poses I’ve done countless times. So I’m ending on a very positive note. And tomorrow I’ll be back at it again 💪🏻

Yesss! Chloe Ting is amazing!!!!!!!💖
And plus, she never puts ad in the middle of video for her own benefit and cut the exercises. She's amazing!
If anyone cares:
I've been doing this after my workouts nearly everyday since the program started and I'm starting to notice a slight difference in my flexibility
I care. We care💛🤗 That's so niiiicee. The only change I see is that I'm no longer sore after my workouts. I've always been a little bit more flexible than average so I haven't been paying any attention to that, lol. But I'm happy for you hon😁

4 years later and I still love these stretches 😭🤍
Heyy , you're not alone 😭
heyyyy as a dancer i just wanted to point out that stretches are affected by whether or not you point your toes. if you flex your feet, the stretch is more intense.
Thanks for the tips! You can feel it when you're doing it but it's always good to remind it hehe
And also I the hamstring stretches you should curl your toes towards your face
I've been dancing for the longest, and at this point pointing my feet is a habit
Jiselle Arcio of course! just make sure you don’t strain yourself, if the stretch is too much, point your toes 🥰

That feeling when I finish workout videos for the day makes me motivated
*For people wondering whether or not they should bother with the cool down, I would HIGHLY recommend doing it.*
I have been doing Chloe Ting challenges for a little over a week now. They might seem like a waste of time, but you will feel so much better if you do the cool down 😊
thank you
u r so darn right, i jzt started yesterday and finished Day 2 of the programme 2day.

It'll be hard, but I'm sure you'll do amazing! We're all in this together, and I'd love to hear your progress at the end; any progress is still so much better than none! Keep going; you're doing great!

Here’s a few tips!:
1. I recommend doing this after you finish all your workouts, they help so that you aren’t sore the next day and they can also make you more flexible.
2. Don’t neglect these easy stretches or get lazy because your tired. I suggest even doing some of the stretches long or even doing the video twice
3. Lean forward during your butterfly to stretch out your back
4. Move your arm up and down during the side arm stretches
5. Try to put your elbows on the ground during the lunge stretches
6. PLEASE do NOT push on your knees during the leg and back stretches (at about 90%) This will mess up your knee really bad!!
7. Remember you got this and i hope you’re all staying safe
can you explain number 6? like what do you mean? like which stretch and push how
Gianna Calamari ofc! I mean whenever you are reaching down don’t hold onto or push on your knee for support. Instead reach for you toes!
Is it better to do streches after workout or warm up before workout? Or should I do both?
Lorvie Keya Bie both! Important to warm up before workout, and cool down after :)
Oops I finished it and pushed on my knees.. ;-; and my knees get messed up pretty easily lol
Thanks for telling me, I won't do it again :D
Years and years of this video and I still come back. Thank you, Chloe!
I was gonna say the same thing I started doing this 2 years ago and this is the only cool down I do because it hits everything and it's just perfect. Her warm ups are amazing too

I swear this is the best part of the Chloe’s ting two week shred
lmao i just finished a workout and got a youtube recommendation for this and i was so surprised bc i needed to stretch but couldn’t find a good routine but i used this and feel so good :))
(i didnt realise it was published 4 minutes ago wow haha)
Haha yay hope you like the routine

I confess, I put the workout video on pause (at times) for a good child's pose.
If the childs pose isn't stretching your hips to the point that you can't do it comfortably after 10 seconds, you're not doing it right. Try having your knees go wider than the yoga mat

And YO...I woke up today feeling SORE and TIRED for the very first time, which didn't happen at all for these two weeks!
So guys, in conclusion:
don't you EVER skip or forget to stretch and cool down after every workout :) just sayin' :)
You may not do workout perfectly (like ME), but you HAVE TO stretch always! at the end, don't get lazy on this part :)

Honestly, this doesn’t take THAT much time after the workout, so might as well do it. It feels good after the workout, anyway.
Warmups are super important to me, though. Warmups help my joints because it forces my muscles to engage before the hard workout.

((looked in the mirror while i was downstairs and i already see a difference :0))
-cool down stretch ; i actually started to relax a little bit until one of my kittens found a who knows how old mcdonald’s cup that my younger sister left in here. if you have cats, don’t keep them in your room during your workout, especially if you’re using a yoga mat -_- as for the actual stretches, they were pretty easy and now after them, i feel refreshed and ready for my day. it’s a shame that it’s 4:03PM though. i’ll probably get up earlier tomorrow and try working out in the morning. see y’all in a week!
DAY 2 •
-warm up routine ; again, helped later on, but was a bit more difficult than yesterday
-shredded abs ; actually got a lot easier. still challenging, but easier. my abs feel it a lot more today than yesterday. just a PSA though: the difference between using your neck and your ab muscles is astronomical
-tiny waist, round butt ; i have never dripped sweat as much as i am right now. kind of hurt in the moment, but feeling a cool breeze afterwards makes me feel accomplished. tbh, i never knew i had to squeeze my muscles so much when working out, so i think that’s where i’ve gone wrong in the past. glad that i can start somewhere now. imma go grab my protein shake then do the cool down stretches, which are something i honestly look forward to lol
-cool down stretch ; it got SOOO much easier, not to mention how nice it felt. i love stretching lmao
my only concern was how messy my room is and how some of the stretches were described/how fast we went into them, but i know that it’ll be fine soon! i’m excited to see what happens!
DAY 3 •
general note :
i felt really confident yesterday, and really sought to engage my muscles in my bedtime work out, which i think helped. i’m seeing results, and idk whether that’s because i feel a hell of a lot stronger, or because what i’ve been doing throughout quarantine has been paying off, but i’m really happy. i’m going to bed reminding myself that i’m strong, and genuinely excited to wake up and work out the next day :)
-warm up routine ;
definitely felt a bit more burn than i have, but tried to keep things slow even though i was really excited to dive straight into it lmao. ngl i’m scared for the full body shred, but i’m excited to see how much more i can do VS day 1 :)
-full body shred ;
i had a right to be scared, but that gave me all the more reason to punch it in the face. i definitely took more breaks than i had planned on, and was a little more weak than day one, but i know that i can fix that. your body gives up faster than your brain does, and ive vowed that i’m going to use this challenge to change that. i am a strong mother f*cking woman. i got this! and i’m going to prove all my haters wrong😌
-upper arms & body ;
holy sh*t. i had to stop and grab a towel for my sweat lmao this work out has be dead. i’m really not looking forward to the last work out, but i am looking forward to my shower, which i will only achieve by doing this workout -_- i’m gaining strength.. i need to remind myself that lol :,)
-toned arms ; i strongly dislike working my arms. i swear to glob, i prolly have arthritis, even though i’m 16 :,) my elbows hurt, and so do my shoulders, but the important thing is that i did it!! i have a really difficult time engaging my muscles during wall push ups though.. any advice??
-cool down stretch ; the stretches still feel super nice, especially after a workout :) i did feel a little sore, but i didn’t let that stop me
DAY 4 •
this is supposed to be a rest day, but i know if i stop for a day i will lose my grind. so, i’ve decided to avoid losing my rhythm, imma do the warm up & cool down stretches on rest days!
-warm up routine ; wow chloe really knows how to get me to work up a sweat, even for a warm up. i procrastinated my workout a little too late for my liking, but it’s fine. i’m going to do my night workout real quick and then do my stretches :D
-cool down stretch ; lol i just noticed how muscley my legs are getting but the stretches got easier for me, even though i struggled a little bit more! how imma take a cold shower!
How was week 1?
I think you forgot to update us.
Update?
( i ran out of characters so here’s the continued )DAY 5 •
-general note ; for today, i decided to change the order on the workouts. after the warm up, i’m doing the workout i haven’t done yet, then the one i really don’t want to do, after that one imma do another one i really don’t want to do, and finishing off with one i know i can get done :)
i’m feeling super lazy today but i told myself i’m not getting any chicken nuggets for lunch until i finish the workout so ha XD
-warm up routine ; it’s getting easier, yet i’m still out of breath lol
i’m seeing some progress in that! :) good deal!
-sexy back & abs ; i like this workout, but idk how to engage my muscles.. 😬 any tips??
-upper body & arms ; i feel stronger yet weaker at the same time lmao
i had to take a lot more breaks today, but i don’t feel all that bad! just two workouts to go! :)
-full body shred ; yikes this made me feel very weak today, but that’s okay. i know that i’m just starting to get back into the workout grind after my rest day yesterday. genuinely considered whether or not i should skip the next video, but i figured i need to gain strength so i’m going to push myself as much as i can.
-cool down stretch ; i waited until night to do the cool down stretches today because i couldn’t fit it into my schedule for the day and i was able to engage my leg muscles a little bit more :) it felt really good to stretch
DAY 6 •
-warm up routine ; i put off my workout for too long today, but it’s okay! this warm up felt really difficult to push through and i’m shaking rn, but that’s what i get for lazing around all day :,)
-full body shred ; my breathing is super weird and shallow today. yikes... i almost stopped just to cry because i felt so fat and so weak. honestly, this is definitely a challenge. i want to give up; but i know that if i press on, i’ll thank myself in the future. i feel so discouraged because after all the confidence i’ve gained this week, everyone still thinks i’m ugly and it makes me feel like i should give up. i want to make myself happy, but i feel like such a failure. anyways, my family is ordering from my favorite Mexican restaurant, and i promised myself i wouldn’t get to eat my burrito until after i finish my workout. i’ll be back. (side note, i encouraged myself a little bit because the full body shred is my least favorite 😂 i only have four left so good deal!)
-shredded abs ; once again today, i didn’t do the mountain climbers. i was able to engage my core muscles a lot better this week. i imagined i was given a beer bottle and told to open it with my abs 😂 it wasn’t fully engaging but it helped. now onto the last video. today i’m planning on waiting until after my shower to do my stretches.
-cool down stretch ; i skipped my stretches :(( i’m planning on doing them twice tomorrow. i think i’m starting my period so that’s why today i was super sensitive and feeling weak :,)
DAY 7 •
another rest day
-warm up stretch ; it was energizing enough so i’m sweating, but i don’t feel completely worn down yet :) i’m going to go into my stretches
-cool down routine ; my cat was being mean and broke in to act cute and cuddly while i was mid stretch, but other than that i feel great!! :) finally feeling encouraged after yesterday! :D
WEEK 1 CHECK IN -
(lost the tape measure and i do not have a scale in my house :,) so yikes. but here’s week one! sorry for the delayed update! tbh i didn’t think anyone would see my comment- anyways, currently i’ve been lacking motivation so i have yet to get through week two, but i think i’ll resume tomorrow (: )
Encouragement: screenshotted! Thank you! 🥰🥰
restarting my workout after 2 months...you are amazingg
I used to always skip cool down stretches then my body couldn’t handle the tension and i pretty much had to do the stretches. Now after my exercises, stretches are my favourite part and i always look forward to do them. Thanks Chloe, you’re the best ♥️♥️♥️
cloe: *tricks us into working out*
us: *thinks we are stretching*
her editing: muahahahaaaaa
I really said that in a dramatic way! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
still my favorite cool down workout ❤️❤️❤️
Chloe: Get into child’s pose
Timer: ..2...1
i’m obsessed with these stretches they make me feel so good afterwards and i don’t feel sore the next day after doing them thank you chloe :)
ME = in the up and down plank why 20 seconds are too long ?
ALSO ME = in the child's pose why 20 seconds are too short ?

Thank you for all your videos, Chloe Ting! I love that each step in your exercise videos lasts less than a minute. I also love the low-impact versions. May you continue to become successful in whatever it is you love to do. I am sure you are making plenty of people like me think and feel better with their bodies.

Same. Plus it makes me light headed so I skip it.
You must have done that stretch after a long time
It was so relieving . I tried this after I woke up and my whole body was sore due to heavy workouts , this made my day . Feeling much better .. though the timing should be more than 20 seconds lol
That was surprisingly easy after the workout! Feels like accomplishment, like a reward! Loved it thank you!

Day 1 complete
CHLOE TING IS A BEAST
so sore and tired I sweated a lot
This workout helped a lot
can't wait for the next 2 weeks
see you next on day 2
It's been 4 months
I’ve just found Chloe’s channel and it’s really motivating.I try doing it and all and I acc feel good after my pe lessons at school cuz I didn’t feel fat nd plus everyone was like stop eating so much chocolate so now i wanted to change cuz I see so many ppl get into disorders as they don’t like their body so I wanted to make myself feel good the prob is I share room with sibling and uncle and I like doing it in private so I don’t have much space
and I the only one who feels so rushed when doing this?
I found it very hard to follow along. Especially the hamstring stretches.
I felt rushed as well, I wonder if it would be better at 0.5x or 0.75x speed.
Yes ):
Yeah, it would be much better if each pose for at least 30 seconds long.
ooh you're part of Chloe's actual group! is it good? i wish i could afford it lol
