I’ve been doing chloe’s workouts for around 2 years now. As someone with experience of her workouts, whether or not you do warm ups and cool downs can make a HUGE difference. Every time that I haven’t done them has left me tired, unmotivated, and EXTREMELY sore the next day. When I do complete them, I feel fresh and eager to do my workouts for the next day. So trust me, warm ups and cool downs should be done, optional or not.
Hi... Is this cool down needed after every workout? I mean warm up for 5 min, then the main workout, then cool down... Is this the sequence for everyday basis?

I know it's hard to find motivation, but you fricking distroyed that workout, no matter if you had to take longer breaks or were totally consequent! I know sometimes you felt like dying, but you are an absolut queen/king for treating your body the way it deserves! Be nice to yourself and stay healthy! I'm proud of you!
Nobody is gonna see this but this is the first time I was able to do this cooldown!! I always gave up and I hate myself for that. This is my first day and I already feel better!!!
Nice! I sometimes skipped the stretches bc i didnt think i needed it (since they were always labeled optional) but now i think I won’t skip them anymore

I was SO grumpy when I went to start this one after all the workouts... I admit now I feel MUCH better after finishing this. Also... HOLY SMOKES, I DID IT!! I finished Day 1, all the videos and I didn't give up??! I'm... shocked!
Don’t give up. I did chloe ting workouts for about 2 years and I lost nearly 50 pounds. Now I just come to do her stretch and cooldowns because I moved on to weightlifting💪🏻 Edit: I lost nearly 50 lbs in a year. The second year I maintained weight while doing her workouts and built a bit of muscle, after a plateu I did reverse dieting and weightlifting (currently)
I love how she modulates her voice according to the training ❤️ And it's just amazing to know that she's there to pump us up as well as to help us relax

omgosh I just touched my toes without bending my knees. I haven't been able to do that in years years years! and I'm only on day 12 of my first challenge. Looking forward to more milestones and feeling even better.
I finished Chloe Ting's 21 day weight loss challenge today! I also did the extra week (so basically 28 day challenge for me). I am a beginner exerciser (this is actually the first exercise I did in 7 years) and I exercised 4 times a week rather than the recommended 5 times a week since the exercises were very challenging. There were some pro's and con's to this program. Pro's -Fat loss, muscle gain -Becoming more toned -Getting stronger overtime (i.e. - At the start of the program, I did modified pushups, now I can do the non-modified version of her exercises, at the start of program, I couldn't do a single boat ab, at the end of program, I can do it without a problem, etc) -Increased discipline -Better overall health Con's -Exercises are very challenging. She has a low-impact/modified version of some exercises, however, I pushed myself really hard (sometimes too hard that it became a detriment), so I barely did any modified versions. The only time I did was during the beginning of the program when I couldn't physically do the exercise no matter what, such as pushups and boat abs. Also, Sometimes my Heart rate went up to 142 bpm, which is the level of heart rate for people who are very experienced in exercising, not for beginners like me. however, As stated earlier, this program can be beginner friendly if you do the low impact/modified version. -Potential physical injuries. I had a bad migraine during the first 2 weeks of starting this program. I also had hip flexor tendonitis a couple times, esp on the days where there were 20+ mins of HIIT workouts. Then again, this really could have been avoided if I just did the low impact/modified version -Some people are OK with doing just cardio workouts, however, I wanted to incorporate weight training but couldn't during the program since the program recommends you to do her exercises 5 times a week (although I only did 4 times a week). Tips -Drink lots of water. You're going to sweat a lot, so you should really prepare by drinking lots of water even days before doing the workout -Eat good foods, and eat enough. I made a mistake of only eating 1250 calories during the middle of the program, which was a VERY bad idea. I became very lethargic and I barely made it through the exercises, and I started feeling more anxious and depressed. I am learning from this, and I am slowly trying to increase my calories. -Stretch before and after the exercises. I can't imagine how many injuries I avoided just from stretching pre and post workout. Now that I'm done with this program, I plan on incorporating weight training 2-3 times a week and doing another one of Chloe's programs 2-3 times a week.
The worst thing about this stupid cooldown is that it actually helps... like a lot... i always have to motivate myself to do another 15 min AFTER doing workouts that feel like they take forever, but i never did regret it... so it's actually wrong to call it stupid... it's a pretty cool cooldown (see what i did there? :D ), but i am lazy and need to appreciate this amazing video more ^^
I've never actually completed an entire Chole Ting workout, but I'm so happy I completed day 1 of the Jan 2024 workout! OPTIONAL VIDEOS AND EVERYTHINGGGG I believe in every person doing this. Seriously keep it up :D
This cool down is a must after a warm-up and three of Chloe's hitt exercises. I was so worn out after those three exercises I was thinking of skipping this optional cooldown that's on her 2021 summer shred challenge, but now I'm glad I didn't. I feel so much more relaxed. Thanks Chloe you freaking rock!!!
@itz Sonam I am on day 14. Feeling good. Seeing changes, but also keep in mind that I mix these workouts with weightlifting. So I do Chloe Tings exercise every other day weightlifting in-between. If you're a complete beginner and don't know anything about exercising I think these videos are great. Gets your heart rate up and burns calories, especially if you do it while doing intermittent fasting. Fast cardio. You got this🙌🙌💪💪
I know this cooldown is optional but I really recommend you guys doing it. This helps me improve my flexibility, my posture and even my height (just a slight difference but still very surprising to me). Keep it up guys!!!
For everyone here who's trying so hard to not give up, I promise it gets better. Just discipline yourself and do it even if you don't feel like it. I'm so proud of us!

My birthday is next month and I'll be turning 21, so I'm doing the Get Fit 2021 Challenge to hopefully be more fit and at least I have a goal because I have been wanting to exercise again, but always procrastinated it.
I am a person with spondilysis and scatia nerve problem. I have been doing Chloe's workout for a year and I have reduced 50+ kgs. I have always ignored cool down and stretch videos as I was very lazy to do them after all her workouts. I started my weight-loss journey to get rid of my back pain problem, Though my weight reduced my back pain didn't go away it kept getting worse only after a year I started to do this cool down exercise and I was so surprised to see my back pain go away like it really reduced so much, I highly recommend this cool down and stretch it really helps to reduce back pain, thanks a ton Chloe ❤
Just finished day 3 of 2023 summer sherd challenge and i have to say that even if the cooldown was longer than the 2 other ab workouts that i just did it felt so much shorter i absolutely love it😂 and also really appreciate you Chloe for providing us with warm ups and cooldowns for each challenge and day❤ don't give up everyone it's very much possible!!

Just finished 28 day summer shred challenge and it feels so good. I’ve decided not to weigh myself until maybe 3-6 challenges later. Realizing it’s not about numbers but how you can move and operate easily daily is huge accomplishment. Thank you friend for these videos. Today my depression almost kept me from working out at all but I just went through all of it slowly and took breaks and I finished all three videos! Coming here afterwards always feels like a reward! Thank you so much for providing all of this for free! ❤️
This is my third day on the challenge, it has been hard but it is harder to look at the mirror and not feel comfortable in my body anymore. I am definitely finishing this, i am tired of making up excuses
@@tomiokagiyuu3881 the point is to try and keep all those muscles toned so that you can be ready for the labor part. Exercise is the best thing you can do for your body especially when pregnant. Plus I want to have an easier time bouncing back after giving birth

Теперь в будние дни я встаю в 5 и до 6 делаю тренировки, ложусь я в 9.Ну а в выходные уже 6 встаю. Я начала готовить себе на завтрак творог с бананом, грецким орехом, изюмом и молоком- всё в блендере. Это настолько сытно что с 7:30 до 12:30 я не чувствую себя голодной. Спасибо огромное 🤗

Тоесть я Не делаю порции маленькими, ем с утра 2 кусочка шоколадки, в день могу съесть ещё что-то сладкое(главное не делать сладкое основным приёмом пищи). Ну так вот, моё тело просто очень подтянулось, лишний жир ушёл не везде, и я Не стала похожа на мужика) Люди годами занимаются чтобы накачаться, тем более с большим весом, а за несколько программ от Хлои ты просто приведешь себя в форму. Удачи ✨и пусть тебе это поможет 😌
@@May_Meow не бойся! По своему опыту знаю как тяжело набрать мышечную массу. Ее очень тяжело набрать, тем более девушкам, потому что у нас организм отличается от мужского. Со своим весом ты максимум станешь более подтянутой и худой. Чтобы накачать хоть что-то приходится брать доп. вес типа гантелей или качаться на тренажерах, предназначенных для этого. Плюс чтобы набрать мышечную массу, люди соблюдают особую диету, которая позволяет мышцам брать нужные элементы для роста. Подкачаться это особая наука на самом деле. Занимаясь без доп. инвентаря никак не перекачаешься. Поэтому домашние тренировки хлои можно делать смело.

Day 1 done: This time I'm not skipping any parts, let's see how this challenge goes. I'm both happy and a bit surprised that I actually got though this day since it's been so long since I actually worked out properly. Ok day 2: was more difficult imo. I did all the workouts from the schedule and an additional 10 min HIIT because I felt like it. I'm really sore and I did better on the stretches yesterday, I'm sure it'll all go away in a couple of days though. Day 3: dead but still here Day 4: was a rest day. wanted to run but couldn't. i hope i'll be able to on the next rest day Day 5: still here. getting a bit easier. my legs and shoulder are still killing me. I didn't lose any weight but I do feel more toned already! Day 6: this was tiring, my body feels sore but im not as breathless. still here though Day 7: rest. I walked 4 kms.

I'm proud to say I've just finished the 25 days hourglass challenge and I feel so good! I did all the optionals and I've been so consistent overall, I feel so happy. This is my second summer trying Chloe's workouts and I can say they never disappoint. I got stronger, increased my stamina and even my flexibility has improved so much. To all of you who are still in the middle of this journey, you can do it! Believe in yourself and let your goals be the motivation to your success ~
If you just recently started working out (especially like two weeks ago or so) please, NEVER do Chloe’s workouts without a cooldown!! When I first started out, I did one of her booty workouts along with some others from other creators, and I literally couldn’t sit or use the toilet without feeling like I’m dying for 3 days. Take care of yourself guys!!
Unsolicited advice of the day: DO NOT SKIP COOL DOWN IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE TOMORROW!!! Especially if you are older cool down is really important please don't skip OR rush the cooldown.
@@tanuprit385 that can happen if it was a very intense workout, or you just increased intensity suddenly/are a beginner. Still make sure you cool down, even if you are very sore the next day doing cool down stopped you from being even MORE sore

Пропустила половину упражнений День 2:✅ также тяжело День 3:✅ чувствую себя прекрасно! Это было легко День 4:✅ день отдыха😁 День 5:✅ после дня отдыха очень сложно День 6:✅ сложно, но все упражнения сделаны! День 7:✅ день отдыха День 8: ✅ мне все еще тяжело, так как я никогда не занималась спортом. Я не чувствую, что становлюсь сильнее... День 9:✅ сегодня было полегче, но сильно болела нога, поэтому я не могла сделать некоторые упражнения День 10:✅ о боже, сегодня 10 день... сегодня мне совсем не хотелось тренироваться, но так как я люблю пресс и релакс, я закончила День 11:✅ день отдыха. Я дополнительно сделала релакс День 12:✅ сегодня было очень быстро и легко. Я дополнительно сделала пресс😌 День 13:✅ я чуть не умерла, и вообще не хотела ничего делать, а только плакать День 14:✅ день отдыха День 15:✅ не могу ничего сказать, результат не особо виден День 16:✅ сегодня было ТАК ЛЕГКО. Я обожаю упражнения на пресс, а вот на руки не очень. Но я заметила что пропал с рук жир💪 День 17:✅ была 20ти минутная тренировка, а я её вообще не почувствовала😳 День 18:✅ день отдыха День 19:✅ пропустила тренировку на попу, потому что ненавижу поднимать ноги😫 День 20:✅ пропустила день, тк очень много ходила(20к шагов). Но сделала эти тренировки в день отдыха День 21:✅ по идее день отдыха, но были тренировки вчерашние. Все ещё обожаю пресс, очень легко его делаю Пропустила неделю тренировок, так как потянула лодыжку, когда каталась на скейте😒 День 22:✅ сравнивая сейчас и первый день, очень большой результат. Я почти не устаю, и не потею, но все же иногда есть трудности, особенно с выносливостью. День 23:✅ хотела пропустить, но увидела видео и все, меня не остановить. Раньше мне очень тяжело давались упражнения на ноги, особенно их поднимать было адски трудно. А сейчас комфортно. День 24:✅️ Я НЕНАВИЖУ ПОДНИМАТЬ НОГИ. После пресса чуть не сдохла, а на релаксе чуть не заснула.
So the warmup and cool down are optional in all the programs, so I’ve only been doing the warmups (because the cool down is 15 mins and I’m quite busy). However, this 15 minutes is SO WORTH IT!! I can’t believe I completed 3 Chloe Ting challenges without doing the cool downs!! My muscles are so happy right now!!!

Чувствую себя после растяжки намного лучше. Уходит тяжесть в мышцах, восстанавливается дыхание и пульс. Тело расслабляется. Раньше пренебрегала растяжкой после тренировок, но попробовав пару раз убедилась, что так намного лучше.
For those of you who just finished their workout and dont want to do the cooldown: Do it. I was just like you and I always skipped the cooldown, but today I did it and MAN, it felt so nice and relaxing. there aren't any hard exercises, just nice stretching. Trust me, it feels good.

Don’t give up. I did chloe ting workouts for about 2 years and I lost nearly 50 pounds. Now I just come to do her stretch and cooldowns because I moved on to weightlifting💪🏻
Edit: I lost nearly 50 lbs in a year. The second year I maintained weight while doing her workouts and built a bit of muscle, after a plateu I did reverse dieting and weightlifting (currently)
I love how she modulates her voice according to the training ❤️ And it's just amazing to know that she's there to pump us up as well as to help us relax

Наконец-то поняла весь кайф растяжки после этих тренировок. Тааак приятно спокойно сидеть тянуться после пресса, прыжков и прочей чертовщины. Плюс на следующий день мышцы болят меньше!

I finished Chloe Ting's 21 day weight loss challenge today! I also did the extra week (so basically 28 day challenge for me). I am a beginner exerciser (this is actually the first exercise I did in 7 years) and I exercised 4 times a week rather than the recommended 5 times a week since the exercises were very challenging. There were some pro's and con's to this program.
Pro's
-Fat loss, muscle gain
-Becoming more toned
-Getting stronger overtime (i.e. - At the start of the program, I did modified pushups, now I can do the non-modified version of her exercises, at the start of program, I couldn't do a single boat ab, at the end of program, I can do it without a problem, etc)
-Increased discipline
-Better overall health
Con's
-Exercises are very challenging. She has a low-impact/modified version of some exercises, however, I pushed myself really hard (sometimes too hard that it became a detriment), so I barely did any modified versions. The only time I did was during the beginning of the program when I couldn't physically do the exercise no matter what, such as pushups and boat abs. Also, Sometimes my Heart rate went up to 142 bpm, which is the level of heart rate for people who are very experienced in exercising, not for beginners like me. however, As stated earlier, this program can be beginner friendly if you do the low impact/modified version.
-Potential physical injuries. I had a bad migraine during the first 2 weeks of starting this program. I also had hip flexor tendonitis a couple times, esp on the days where there were 20+ mins of HIIT workouts. Then again, this really could have been avoided if I just did the low impact/modified version
-Some people are OK with doing just cardio workouts, however, I wanted to incorporate weight training but couldn't during the program since the program recommends you to do her exercises 5 times a week (although I only did 4 times a week).
Tips
-Drink lots of water. You're going to sweat a lot, so you should really prepare by drinking lots of water even days before doing the workout
-Eat good foods, and eat enough. I made a mistake of only eating 1250 calories during the middle of the program, which was a VERY bad idea. I became very lethargic and I barely made it through the exercises, and I started feeling more anxious and depressed. I am learning from this, and I am slowly trying to increase my calories.
-Stretch before and after the exercises. I can't imagine how many injuries I avoided just from stretching pre and post workout.
Now that I'm done with this program, I plan on incorporating weight training 2-3 times a week and doing another one of Chloe's programs 2-3 times a week.

The worst thing about this stupid cooldown is that it actually helps... like a lot... i always have to motivate myself to do another 15 min AFTER doing workouts that feel like they take forever, but i never did regret it... so it's actually wrong to call it stupid... it's a pretty cool cooldown (see what i did there? :D ), but i am lazy and need to appreciate this amazing video more ^^

This cool down is a must after a warm-up and three of Chloe's hitt exercises. I was so worn out after those three exercises I was thinking of skipping this optional cooldown that's on her 2021 summer shred challenge, but now I'm glad I didn't. I feel so much more relaxed. @itz Sonam I am on day 14. Feeling good. Seeing changes, but also keep in mind that I mix these workouts with weightlifting. So I do Chloe Tings exercise every other day weightlifting in-between. If you're a complete beginner and don't know anything about exercising I think these videos are great. Gets your heart rate up and burns calories, especially if you do it while doing intermittent fasting. Fast cardio. You got this🙌🙌💪💪

I know this cooldown is optional but I really recommend you guys doing it. This helps me improve my flexibility, my posture and even my height (just a slight difference but still very surprising to me).

My birthday is next month and I'll be turning 21, so I'm doing the Get Fit 2021 Challenge to hopefully be more fit and at least I have a goal because I have been wanting to exercise again, but always procrastinated it.
I am a person with spondilysis and scatia nerve problem. I have been doing Chloe's workout for a year and I have reduced 50+ kgs. I have always ignored cool down and stretch videos as I was very lazy to do them after all her workouts.
I started my weight-loss journey to get rid of my back pain problem, Though my weight reduced my back pain didn't go away it kept getting worse only after a year I started to do this cool down exercise and I was so surprised to see my back pain go away like it really reduced so much, I highly recommend this cool down and stretch it really helps to reduce back pain, thanks a ton Chloe ❤
A lot of the stretches in this cooldown are reeeeeeaaaaallly good for sciatica. I'm so glad your pain has been reduced!

@@tomiokagiyuu3881 the point is to try and keep all those muscles toned so that you can be ready for the labor part. Exercise is the best thing you can do for your body especially when pregnant. Plus I want to have an easier time bouncing back after giving birth

Теперь в будние дни я встаю в 5 и до 6 делаю тренировки, ложусь я в 9.Ну а в выходные уже 6 встаю. Я начала готовить себе на завтрак творог с бананом, грецким орехом, изюмом и молоком- всё в блендере. Это настолько сытно что с 7:30 до 12:30 я не чувствую себя голодной.

С того момента как я написала этот комментарий, я всё то занимаюсь, не ограничивая себя в еде. Тоесть я Не делаю порции маленькими, ем с утра 2 кусочка шоколадки, в день могу съесть ещё что-то сладкое(главное не делать сладкое основным приёмом пищи). Ну так вот, моё тело просто очень подтянулось, лишний жир ушёл не везде, и я Не стала похожа на мужика)
Люди годами занимаются чтобы накачаться, тем более с большим весом, а за несколько программ от Хлои ты просто приведешь себя в форму.

@@May_Meow не бойся! По своему опыту знаю как тяжело набрать мышечную массу. Ее очень тяжело набрать, тем более девушкам, потому что у нас организм отличается от мужского. Со своим весом ты максимум станешь более подтянутой и худой. Чтобы накачать хоть что-то приходится брать доп. вес типа гантелей или качаться на тренажерах, предназначенных для этого. Плюс чтобы набрать мышечную массу, люди соблюдают особую диету, которая позволяет мышцам брать нужные элементы для роста.
Подкачаться это особая наука на самом деле.
Занимаясь без доп. инвентаря никак не перекачаешься. Поэтому домашние тренировки хлои можно делать смело.

Day 1 done: This time I'm not skipping any parts, let's see how this challenge goes. I'm both happy and a bit surprised that I actually got though this day since it's been so long since I actually worked out properly.
Ok day 2: was more difficult imo. I did all the workouts from the schedule and an additional 10 min HIIT because I felt like it. I'm really sore and I did better on the stretches yesterday, I'm sure it'll all go away in a couple of days though.
Day 3: dead but still here
Day 4: was a rest day. wanted to run but couldn't. i hope i'll be able to on the next rest day
Day 5: still here. getting a bit easier. my legs and shoulder are still killing me. I didn't lose any weight but I do feel more toned already!
Day 6: this was tiring, my body feels sore but im not as breathless. still here though
Day 7: rest. I walked 4 kms.

If you just recently started working out (especially like two weeks ago or so) please, NEVER do Chloe’s workouts without a cooldown!! When I first started out, I did one of her booty workouts along with some others from other creators, and I literally couldn’t sit or use the toilet without feeling like I’m dying for 3 days. Take care of yourself guys!!
Unsolicited advice of the day: DO NOT SKIP COOL DOWN IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE TOMORROW!!! Especially if you are older cool down is really important please don't skip OR rush the cooldown.

@@tanuprit385 that can happen if it was a very intense workout, or you just increased intensity suddenly/are a beginner. Still make sure you cool down, even if you are very sore the next day doing cool down stopped you from being even MORE sore

Пропустила неделю тренировок, так как потянула лодыжку, когда каталась на скейте😒
День 22:✅ сравнивая сейчас и первый день, очень большой результат. Я почти не устаю, и не потею, но все же иногда есть трудности, особенно с выносливостью.
День 23:✅ хотела пропустить, но увидела видео и все, меня не остановить. Раньше мне очень тяжело давались упражнения на ноги, особенно их поднимать было адски трудно. А сейчас комфортно.
День 24:✅️ Я НЕНАВИЖУ ПОДНИМАТЬ НОГИ. После пресса чуть не сдохла, а на релаксе чуть не заснула.

So the warmup and cool down are optional in all the programs, so I’ve only been doing the warmups (because the cool down is 15 mins and I’m quite busy). However, this 15 minutes is SO WORTH IT!! I can’t believe I completed 3 Chloe Ting challenges without doing the cool downs!! My muscles are so happy right now!!!
We did it!!! Another workout down and another day completed!!!!! Keep pushing, keep going, come back and say hi!!!!! We are all in this together!!
After the second day of the 2022 weight loss challenge i really needed this cool down 💅

День номер 1 позади. Это было очень непросто:') я пропускала довольно много упражнений, но даже сейчас, ложась на кровать я чувствую напряжение везде, а это уже хорошо) Удачи всем в 2024 челлендже Хлои!
День 2! И это невероятно! Просыпаться с утра и осознавать, что твое тело ноет от приятной боли! Пожалуй, самое приятное чувство - знать, что твои старания не напрасны!) Многия упражнения я пропускаю, но надеюсь, что скоро я смогу выполнять больше и больше) Спасибо, Хлоя!)

Чувствую себя после растяжки намного лучше. Уходит тяжесть в мышцах, восстанавливается дыхание и пульс. Тело расслабляется. Раньше пренебрегала растяжкой после тренировок, но попробовав пару раз убедилась, что так намного лучше.
For those of you who just finished their workout and dont want to do the cooldown:
Do it. I was just like you and I always skipped the cooldown, but today I did it and MAN, it felt so nice and relaxing. there aren't any hard exercises, just nice stretching. Trust me, it feels good.
