- Not every step of the DIY home build process is fun, but the payoff is worth the effort. So we're determined to FINALLY finish the floor tile project we started last October. Plus, Charles makes progress on the mini-split air conditioning installation. Jill spies on our local wildlife at a nearby vernal pool, and we have phoebes experimenting with nest building on the shed gutter.

The wildlife there is impressive. We just have the common things like deer, skunks, groundhogs, raccoons, and coyotes. Lots of moles 😄.
