میں ایک عرصہ سے دکیہ استعمال کر رہا ہوں جو فائدے آپ نے بتایے ہیں وہ سب سچ ہیں بہترین بنانے کا طریقہ ہے کہ آپ دلیہ آدھا کپ دو گلاس پانی میں رات کو بھیگو صبع اسی پانی میں دلیہ میڈ یم آگ پر پکایں اور ہلتے رہیں پانی خسک ہونے لگے اور دلیہ گاڑا ہونے لگے تو ایک گلاس دودھ ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرع پکایں گاڑہ ہونے پر اتار لیں اور حسب منشا کوئ بھی ڈرائ فرٹ ڈال کر کھالیں

Sir! I m diabetic. Secondly, my back bone cartridges at neck and tail are damaged. So orthopaedic surgeon says I should pray on chair, don't pick heavy things and many other precautions. I can't walk bcz of sever pain in hip joints and neck and shoulders. My question is how to control diabetes with long walk and other exercises
