I love your videos, I also watch your sisters, You all are a great bunch of girls, love all of you. I am a 64 year old Grandmother of two college students and I work at the college they attend. Family is very important. God bless you and your family.
So wonderful to hear about all the good things about home, especially from a young wife/mother. In the craziness of life it’s so good to be reminded of simple blessings like blackberries (my absolute favorite), flowers, time outside, and sweet, sweet babies! My dear friend had us over the other day and she made iced tea with ginger simple syrup or mint simple syrup. So refreshing on a hot, humid day! I bet lavender is amazing! Thank you for sharing your dear family and life with us all.🙌🏻🥰
Good morning, I just discovered your channel, and I absolutely love it. The cobbler looks delicious, and I love Pinch of Yum recipes as well. They're easy to follow and not too complicated, which is a win-win . The best part of this video is when you used your dress to lift the lid off the pot lol no potholder needed. Have a lovely day, and thank you for making such happy videos. 🌼🌞
Wonderful video showing how peaceful and yet productive summer can be!! That cobbler looked delicious and nothing says summer more than window boxes!!!
Look at you go! Your confidence as a homemaker continues to grow and inspire. I love your channel and your practicality to life. Enjoy your favorite season of year ❤
I just love your retro kitchen it’s fantastic and I wished I had one haha. I love pinch of yum’s website, her website is full of awesome recipes. Love the cobbler.
I use my ip just as much as you do, I even cook my pasta, eggs and rices in it. Tomorrow I'll be doing a big batch of corn on the cob for my nieces day party. But today I'm using it for hard boiled eggs for my potato salad. It's nice to see people using it, it's a great tool in the hot summers. Oh I picked up those nut pods last night while shopping and I'm going to try it out in my instant brand frother
Loved your uses for lavender and the making of pesto. One tip for the pesto....if you pour a thin layer of Olive oil on top, each jar of pesto will retain its color when freezing. Thanks for the chicken recipe. Looks wonderful 😊
I always love your outfits! Those closes pins, that's our bag clips too! We had a peach tree up north, where we used to live, got the best peaches one year,! Then the squirrels found it! Darn squirrels!
I love our home and homemaking! Even though I had to work when my girls were young, I always tried to make a comfortable loving home. I used to sew more and still love cooking for my husband. You have very sweet videos.❤
❤I’m just watching while eating breakfast after harvesting one bed of potatoes. I have to work outside of the home, but when I get lost in the garden I dream of never leaving. Yes, raising babies is the sweetest season of life. Enjoy! 😊
Lavender simple syrup is the best!🤤 I also have the Breville barista express, make my own syrups (love lavender syrup lattes), have my first baby who is 8 months old, LOVE summer and traveling…every time I see your video of the week I feel like we would be besties.😂
I’m finding your Vlogs, so relaxing and I really like all your stuff. I especially want to get back into sewing because you showed some pretty good new tools.😇🧡✨🕊
When I was pregnant with my son, which will be 25yrs ago in just 1month🥹, i craved blackberry cobbler! My husbands granny made the best from scratch! She would wrap it up right out of the oven & bring it straight to me..i would eat almost half at one time🫣😄 So warm, juicy & that crunchy top🤤🥧 I sure do miss her cooking, she was old school, and we are originally from the SE part of North Carolina, born & raised country people, so the cooking just hit different.🤷♀️ The area of NC we're from is known for peaches, almost like Georgia! There's peach farms/orchards everywhere!🍑 So we always had good peaches. I miss my moms peach cobbler too! My favorite peaches are the white peaches, very hard to find. There was 2 huge orchards right by my FIL's home, they had some white peaches so we were able to get a few every year! We even had roadside peach stands & try would also have homemade peach peach ice-cream🍦They've had freezes to take out most of the peach crop quite a few times. Some of the heaviest snows we actually in March. We've gone by and they would have fires in big metal drums up & down the rows trying to save what they could. The was actually A peach orchard just fish the road from where we just moved from back in Tennessee also, but that's the only one i saw around that area, in SE Tennessee. We've just recently moved to Florida, guess we'll be seeing orange groves now🍊 Cobblers are so good! Yours looks very delicious😋 The Lavender & basil look pretty hanging the on the peg rail! Every year, both in Tennessee & NC, my favorite things to plant were begonias & all colors of the coleus'. With boy being shade loving plants the were perfect for my covered porch & patio. They would get so huge! I'll definitely miss them here in FL, I'm go to have to learn about tropical plants & flowers. Highschool, my fav flower of all, as well as bougainvillea grow wild! Monstera & those type plants also grow well, and are very common in yards here. That's pretty exciting, maybe i can have a few begonias & coleus inside 🤷♀️ Petunias were one of my moms favorite to plant in her flower beds. Shrimp is one of my fav things to eat, i love it cooked in any way!!🍤 We had an Amish market just a mile from us back in TN, I'll definitely miss that! But there's lots of produce stands, and over abundance of fruit, here in FL. I love when a mom takes pride in being a homemaker & especially a young mom.. that's rare these days! Just hearing you talk about home warms my heart😊 Enjoyed chatting about the yummy cobblers & fruits.. and again, just hearing you talk about home! TFS😊
You are so mature for your age. I am the youngest girl in my family and I did not get married until I was 32. I was too busy "sowing my wild oats" per say. I always wonder if I would have been born in 1992 instead of 1962 how different my life would have been. Also I lived in a high rise condo on Brickell Ave. in Downtown Miami in 1990 with the same cabinets as yours in your kitchen. They were a real nice hard wood I believe oak but they were not painted. I loved the built in pull out pantry shelves that were vertical instead of horizontal. I wish they would still do them that way. Every time you get into the pantry it warms my heart with the best memories of my time in Miami FL.
I love watching your videos, I looked over on a pinch of yum blog and I can't seem to find the recipe for that cobbler. I find shorts but I can't find the exact recipe
@@Oursweetsunnydays it's so neat. Those little cabinets are never big enough for a pantry, but someone got a bright idea and you get to benefit from it. 😊❤
Hey Andrea🙂 can you write the name of these flowers with a tiny, round, white or red head, please? 🙏 About 4.20 min. of the video. Translator writes the name you give strangely and I can't find it. Even when I type in a description of the flower's appearance, nothin, comes up on Google... 🤷♀And I would really like to plant them in my garden next season 🌼🌻🌱👩🌾

Because I am very adventurous, I would chiffonade the basil and sprinkle some on the cobbler! YUM😋😋😋💚💚💚

Bowls with lids with holes ( frogs ) are great. Even the $ tree now sells “ frogs” for Mason jars. Thanks for the slow, relaxed video.
