I'm about the same height and weight as you and after trying many different polos, I would recommend Public Rec polos in medium. Also. Buttercloth is great in medium.

Which polo would you recommend on the list for the office? Not a super strict workplace but want to look nice
I would say any of them except for the Wellen Beach Polo. That one is the most casual of the bunch.
