actually, neither. the LG V20 when it comes out. I don't understand why the V line isn't more popular than the G line. The V10 is a gorgeous and incredible device.

My G5 SD card slot takes up to 2tb of storage, not 256GB. Buy a second battery for the G5 with the money you have saved over the S7 edge. You have just doubled your screen time, beating the S7.
The camera app for the LG G5 does not let you modify image settings like ISO/Shutter speed, etc - while shooting video. However, they have managed to port over the camera app for the V10, giving you this ability which makes this amazing.
I came from a Note 3 and a S6 and love Samsung, but this G5 is pretty sick.
I myself, can't wait to see what cool custom modules come out for the G5.

Blue 4k video, slow mo clips. HDR and Raw photos. When your picture take up 25+MB per file and you are at a festival for a weekend with no way of getting them off, more space is better.
I have to agree with you about that.All that shit is heavy but again 2tb, man thats just alot for a phone.I mean my pc has 3tb with my hard disk and i use it for editing photos and videos which take alot of space cuz i get to edit alot of those and still i have enough space for gta 5 and watchdogs in it for my brother.That removable battery on G5 is a really nice thing to have on a full metal body phone though, thats where G5 really attracts me.
Matt lg's phones look like shit compared to the s7 edge. Same said with the g6 and the s8.
Hey do you notice the display light shining through the gaps of the edge on the Galaxy S7 edge? I have the gold one and I can see the display shining through in between the glass and frame.

Why did samsung remove it?
A few reasons why I love my G5
1: The dual camera is so under rated , literally every picture I take I want to take a wide angle shot of it too. Just in general the dual camera comes in clutch big time!
2: I always carried an extra battery back in the day when sidekicks were becoming a big thing and I loved the fact that I would be able to switch out a battery and the battery would be 100%, that is an awesome feeling you can't get that with any quick charger or charging case, there is no comparison
3: I personally disagree with a lot of people about the look, I actually like simple looks and the s7 in my opinion is a bit on the feminine side.
4: The quick remote is so useful, my God, there is so many things to be able to use the quick remote for, I was sitting in the back seat of the car the other day, took a quick glance at the sterios company, chose it on the quick remote and bam, I'm controlling the sterio!
5: Even though the modular (friends) thing is new and probably not the greatest thing right now but it is a Damn great innovation, LG is allowing 3rd party companies to make modulars too so excited about that.
6: This is also a personal opinion like how I feel about the look of the phone, I don't like mainstream things, things that I know probably every other person would buy just because it's Samsung , and on top of that if I was to see a s6 and a s7 side by side I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.

yea in term of screen size it's 0.4 inches and in terms of battery 600 Mah which is why most people choose the edge over the regular for me if I had to choose I'd go with the regular cause I love being able to use my phone with 1 hand and I'm not a big fan of the edge .
The battery is the best I've ever used but I killed my s7 edge now using s6 edge no where as good

LGs DAC Module doesn't seem like it is coming to the US, from what I read. It doesn't seem work it to have the G5.

Can someone help me I own a lg g5 but for some reason I hear static at the speaker I don't listen to loud music so the volume is low but for some reason I experience the static when I hear someone talk on videos thanks friends.

Shit photo test , Lg G5 photos are taken shitly with movment or else so they arent clear. Lg G5 photos >> S7 photos . I' ve bought an Lg G5 and an LG for someone because it the last brand to make their smartphone with Radio FM, removal battery and Sd card .
Don't forget, they are also one of the last companies that have a IR blaster. (Personal favorite of mine)
+Call Me Gabe Honestlly the IR blaster was your favorite? I found it didn't offer me anything that picking up the remote couldn't get done faster. Was it because you have 50 remotes and it consolidates them? Admittedly I don't use cable so all I need is the power button and the volume buttons for my sound system. Everything else is done through PC. Anyways, I've never personally experienced anyone complaining about the lack of IR blaster as most people I know who upgraded didn't even know that there was one available in the first place :p

I just enjoy having a IR blaster. Going to places that have a tv (restaurants etc.) and being able to flip the channel is pretty cool. It's not something I use every day but it is a cool novelty. More like something you can show off to your friends to mess around with and things like that. IMO until something is shifted out entirely then there should be no excuse for removing it from a device. Like the google pixel (front speakers) Samsung galaxy S7 (IR blaster and Removable battery) etc. Removable battery can be shifted out when you can get more than 8hrs of SOT imo.

I'm kind of glad the G5 flopped, it's a great phone and thanks to the poor sales you can get it at a really good price now. I just worry they might stop providing updates earlier than usual.

Стефaн Сoлев Custom ROMs are another issue. Thanks to the G5s low popularity, we're unlikely going to see as large a selection of ROMs as you would get with a Samsung device... then again, it only takes one good ROM, so I guess we'll see.
United States of Embarrassment Well as far as I can see, both the G5 and the S7 only have a few ROMs, with the S7 having only stock Touchwiz ROMs, and the G5 actually having Cyanogenmod
