    Thank you for making intense workouts that don't have any jumping! I have osteoporosis of the spine so I can't jump...but I am super active and most low impact workouts are not intense enough for what I would like! This is great:)

      The bend over-touch toes, and other parts of this video that have people bending in half are not good for any kind of spine problems, but can make them worse.

    I never thought I'd say it, but I missed squats. This is my first lower-body workout since breaking my foot and spraining my ankle. The length, intensity, and no impact of this workout were perfect after taking 6 or so weeks off your videos to heal. Heather, I love the variety of workouts you offer for all fitness levels. I'm so excited to be back that I started chuckling during the workout. Keep em coming. Thanks, Heather.

    Perfect 20 min low impact ( no jumping) but pretty intense workout. I loved Laydown Push ups. Plus Tabata ( 20 secs exercise and 10 secs rest in between). Best combo. Last but not the least in 20 mins both warm up and cool down were included

    I usually follow the monthly calendar but when I saw this new tabata I had to do it! I like that the tabata format was changed up a bit for variety. Thank you, Heather! 💛💛💛

    It's a fantastic workout, Heather. Thanks for it.
    A suggestion - Please incorporate an overall tiner for the workout...say a 15 mins. workout should show what % of the workout is complete at any given time. Eg: 10%..20%...50% etc.
    That way, one doesn't give up at 70-80% wondering how long before the session ends.

    Felt that heart rate pumping! Added a little intensity with a jump on round 2! Definitely doing this one when traveling w/out weights. Way to end the month & looking forward to November & those 10min quick workouts.
