There are companies na cla mag sponsor ng medical coding training mo or they have an inhouse training program. Better to find one of those companies para di ka nagagastos. Pero they will place you in a bond na 2yrs dapat mag stay ka sa company.
Hi contract with bpo? there is no such thing as contract to stay with them. Unless they will pay you something in lieue of your stay ex. NCLEX they usually do bond if they will cover your nclex for like 2yrs

Hi po! Interview questions nowadays are not all the same but most of the questions are situation-based. As we want to know how do you deal with different situations such as can you describe a time when you were given a task or project in a short or limited time? How did you manage and the outcome? So you have to present first the scenario given to you like “there was a time when one of my supervisor gave my an assignment beyond my usual task and i list down all the things i need to accomplish. I was able to meet the deadline and my supervisor gave me a tap on my back for a job well done” those are one of the type of questions. No direct nursing related question as we will train you anyways. Questions are mostly, how are you as a nurse, are you a team player, flexible? How do you deal with stress or toxic colleague. :)

Hi po, healthcare BPO has a wide variety of outsourcing jobs available and it may or may not be license-specific meaning po may mga accounts na hindi particular kung saan license ung nurse may mga accounts naman po na particular sa license. But, most of the companies have available jobs for all types of license as long as USRN ka po.

Well in terms of license, dpende po ito sa companies kasi may mga companies na may client specifc sa license may mga companies naman na catering all clients from diff states kya kahit anong license ay pde. You can always ask the company if they have license-specific if not no need to endorse your license. In case the company will require you to endorse, yes you will still be able to work in NY. :)

for me yung concurrent review. you just have to know the difference of the two. pre auth is prior authorization mostly outpatient, ang concurrent kasi inpatient and observations.
