yes, there are facilities na may 12hrs n 8hrs depende sa kng ano ang sched ang iniimplement nla or staffing condition

For SNF - it depends, if yung facility has electronic MAR they can put that in the system. Or via order slip. There are snf na paper-based pa din but most are electronic na. Hospital - all electronic, they put directly in the system or verbal orders.

it depends on your contract. Not necessarily na ginastos lang minsan more than that. It is usually stipulated sa contract mo how much you need to pay in exchange of your freedom
