nakakaboost po mam! no bedside exp. went to med ward, orientation plng i went for sick leave na den mat leave sa sobrang taas ng anxiety! now malapit n bumalik s work thingking of going back to medicine ward or try nursing home. 😢😭

Endoscopy Nurse ako sa UK for 2 years. Nakaka frustrate lang pag sinabi kong nasa Endoscopy ako. Ligwak agad sa application for US employers or staffing agency. Gusto nila inpatient bedside. Share ko lang hehe.

How many years of clinical experience po ang usually required? And may special areas po ba sa hospital na preferred ng companies? TYSM

Im a gen ward nurse gustong gusto ko lumipat sa sterile area kaso yung department ko ang ayaw ako pakawalan dahil matagal na daw ako sa area na ginagalawan ko at mapipilayan daw ang staffing pag nawalan ng senior ilang beses na ako nagpasa ng letter sa HR pero laging tinuturn down, like WTH!? hindi lang naman ako ang senior sa unit namin..gusto ko magresign at lumipat kaso ang iniisip ko ang bagsak ko ay bedside parin dhail yun lang ang exp ko. kaya nakakasad lang 🙁
