Why is it always the tigers in this series that are always acting up? First it was Bill, then it was the tiger at the strip club in season 2, now it’s this tiger cop. 😂
The manga come before zootopia, one example is zootopia 2 show carnívores eating fish, something beastar show how a solution to solve the problem of food and meat with the carnivores
What was that drug again mix with that drink. If this is Melon's plan to cause the carnivores to attack the herbivores...he just started a resident evil apocalypse!
To be fair, Prohibition was the result of a bunch of busybody housewives pushing their husbands to ban alcohol out of some sense of self-righteousness, and there was no empirical evidence at the time for why banning it would have been a good thing. This is different because it's a drug that causes carnivores to go feral and attack others. That's too much of a downside, there's no way to enjoy the stuff casually or recreationally in a safe manner, and there's no real consequence to banning it because it's not a vice that can be safely indulged like alcohol. And the meat ban is relevant because that requires animals, namely herbivores, to either die or give up their limbs for meat just to satisfy a fraction of the total population of sentient creatures.

I think Paru hates tigers lol
Probably because they represent the most dangerous parts of society?
Ever heard the term...
"Lions, Tigers and Bears oh my!"
That's why.
Beside in manga version the animal who almost eat cosmo was bear
I guess they are weak willed
I love that Louis’ role this season is basically just finding out things that other characters already know about. 😂
Louis: Why am I only now figuring these things out? Has the plot been advancing without me?! I gotta play catch up!
I would say Beastars just took Zootopia's premise and outdid it far more realistically.
@@GabrielBoorom Beastars is basically rated R Zootopia. 😆
@qdaddy9935
🤭 Second most common opinion I've heard about the series, right behind "Am I a furry?"
@@GabrielBoorom i can hear people making Bojack Horseman jokes from far away.

@@kevinargueta6788 Zootopia is a 2016 film. Beastars debuted in 2016.
Hes feeling GRRRRRRREAT? And hes a tiger?! I think the writers had fun with that one.
There goes that tiger's career.
Idk, he might be okay since he and a lot of people were unknowingly drugged. And he's still a cop
Louis losing his leg saved the rest of him.
It truly was cursed
Can we just talk about how he "cut" the cable binders with 1 finger?
I enjoy the different but similar story they're doing with this season. Feel's like "What If...?"; like an alternate timeline.
The characters in this show are so fucking good man, so real so believe so interesting,.... so human
How long does that shit take to effect someone?
Depends, i suppose. To some characters, it happens a little too quickly.
I think it depends on how much meat the person eats.

@@leejames8024 For what i remember it was bones and blood of a certain herbibore, and for carnivores is a hell of a drug
Damn They Made a scene with Louis interacting with Yahya ❤
Resident evil type of game here
But is not virus to make someone mindless it just reveals who they are within
Looks like Zooptopia: twenty eight days later!😂😂😂😂
"We have to stop a beverage being sold"
Same logic behind prohibition in the US and look how that turned out lol.
Which is why they have to find a real solution to the whole carnivore vs herbivore problem rather than just ban drink ban meat.

Reminds me of that King of the Hill episode about the tainted beer 😹
The Nighthowlers have nothing on Canis!
Bro looks like one of the zombies from re2 0:36
That’s why Yahya is my favorite character
How is the horse dude so strong?
Horses are mostly muscle man. They carry a lot including themselves.
I can't help but wonder what it would be like if Loona from Helluva Boss drank one of those.
Considering how she fought in Truth Seekers, it would be a bloodbath.
Nothing, just her usual self.
Not much, if you already see, smell and eat meat in any day of your life the drug itself has not much effect i think
WTF IS HAPPENING IN THIS CITY
