I want to thank You for sharing your knowledge with us. I'm a factory worker in Ohio, I have to be at work at 06:30 am. My breakfast is eaten at 5:30 am. I have my dinner at 3:00 pm (1500)-3:30 Unless something comes up. And I'm usually still satisfied when I go to bed.
Thank you for the information. I eat breakfast king size, lunch queen size, and dinner as a pauper. I do not sleep well if I eat after 6pm - I am in bed by 9pm. We follow our biblical dietary scriptures and were amazed how many ailments disappeared just by doing that too. Appreciate your videos.

Excellent question! Start gradually. If you eat a heavy meal 2 hours before sleeping, shift it to one hour earlier and slowly get to a point where you eat 4-5 hours earlier and probably a tablespoon of nuts or seeds an hour before to eventually skipping the snack. Good luck!
