I'm not sure I see the point in a cheaper Legion Go. I'd be more interested in more built in storage, RAM or other technical upgrades, rather than a cheaper alternative.
700 dollars is expensive. Obviously a cheaper device is needed.
They need something that will compete it’s the Steam deck on price point
A device with the same specs but:
- 1080p screen
- non removable controllers
- no trackpad
- no stand
- 2280 SSD
would make the device at least 100€ cheaper.
There have been large displays in the market but just none to officially come to the US as most of them are in China like the GPD Win Max and Max 2. 8.8" is perfect for me as I like larger displays. 10" would be nice but I feel like the iGPU power rn isn't there just yet. Right now 800p resolution is where it's at. 1080p or 1200p gaming will come soon and will look nicer on larger screens.
Thinking about getting a Legion Go
I'd buy the legion but with more RAM and storage space. Onexplayer mini looks great but what about the warranty in EU?
I would buy a legion go with the faster ram the rog ally x has and that larger battery. I want the detachable joycons that turn into a mouse like device that the legion go has.
I don’t know how i feel about the one x player z1 mini
The tablet display size, is quite large though it is slightly lower than my m1 iPad at 11 inches.
A cheaper legion go I think is the exact opposite of what the consumers were looking forward to my the legion go. Not impressed most definitely will not buy.
Legion go is best or gpd win mini
The bigger issue for the X1 is if there's no retail or domestic purchase option, it will not do well.
The battery on the Ally X will blow everything away under the 1k price tag. If only it had an OLED screen and less waranty drama.
You want OLED but no VRR because you can't have both yet.
@@neogenesusyet but on handheld I’ll take vrr😂
