I fixed my aftermarket radio, watching this video. Now my radio is on with ignition and off with turning off. Thank you for sharing your professional knowledge. God bless!
for the red wire, i have two coming from the cars harness (with the boss module) and one coming out of the radio. do i wire all of them together and run a red wire to the accessory orange wire in the car?
May be a tad late but I had the same question. I called crutchfield and they instructed me to wire both reds from the car end to the one from the head unit. What did you end up doing?
Yeah you should be able to wire the red accessory wire right into the 2 from the car. I’ve watched other video of this install and that’s what they did. Going under the kick panel isn’t necessary. I know I’m way late but hope this helps anyone else new watching.
@@MrJunior82006what does the red wire do? Does it power the unit? Why can’t it get power from the existing harness since it used to power the old radio?
Your speakers work , but it sounds like theres no bass at all like the speaker amp isnt working... Im having this issue and im pissed about it...the speakers sound like shit

BEST TO THE POINT VIDEO. THANKS FOR KISS VIDEO!
Definitely a nice upgrade vs the stock head unit! 👍
Good job on your install and thank you for your video. I did drill the brackets out instead of using a saw and looks a lot cleaner.
Awesome install. What was the accessory source location you used? I am attempting same thing in my C5 2001
That shifter and knob, look dope
Awesome video! But totally urelated, what shifter set up are you using? It looks really nice
😂 thanks! It’s a MGW short throw shifter with one of there shifter knobs they offer
Why do the climate controls look all wonky? Also the 1/8th inch drill bit isn't big enough for the climate control bracket alignment tabs.
Dear Juan Banuelos,Did you forget Seesii 100W Plastic Welding Kit? When will use it this week?

It didn’t work when I wired all the three together, I think you need to find a other accessory
Do u recommend the 6.8" head units for a good fit or something smaller?
Did really show how to get the cover panel off.
Sorry didn’t want to bore people with every nut & bolt. These are pretty simple to remove
You can just connect all 3 red wires together FYI
How? I tried it didn’t work
Radio looks crooked
You wearing one shoe? Haha JJ it was & so was the a/c control head. Had to go back & mess with it more it was bugging me.
Did this guy really just call a USB port an HDMI connector?
I think your radio is defective. Sounded like country music coming out of it there when you were testing it.
