Been eating like this for about 90 days and it’s the best I’ve ever felt. A couple of days ago I decided to order some pizza from a terrific local pizza joint and I felt like ass for the rest of the weekend. Definitely not going back to junk.
Nah u crazy, I eat like this too, but every couple of weeks or month I’ll get a pizza and I loveee it. But I still love my animal based diet so I don’t get hooked by the pizza.
That NFL player looks healthy and happy. I really vibe with all of this because I go for exactly the same goods in the store, thanks Paul. And of course, I feel like a million bucks.

Blend the fats in with every meal, and with every egg bite. Buy some honey for cravings, it will last a long time. Take a spoonful and lick. Identify a cheap, preferably wild berry that you can go hard on to satisfy vitamin C cravings. Yes, there is vitamin C in meat, but I personally just prefer having berries. Every morning, eat a moderate amount of food, not overly full, just full, then go for a second meal later. If you eat too much you will feel sleepy (not a good start to the day). Eating this way, you will never again feel hungry 1 hour after eating like when one eats bread and a lot of carbohydrates. It's absolutely wonderful, pretty much goodbye to snacking because of your nutrient-dense meal. The body won't crave more. If you have a bit of land, plant berries now and freeze so you have all year. Right now I'm going hard on the black currant. Every region in the world has its native berries and anyone can get some type of berry. I take them frozen, pour them in cold water, pour in hot water to melt them without making it too hot for Vitamin C to break down, and crush the berries with a spoon in the glass in the water. Then drink the drink and eat some of the leftover fiber/skins of berries.
You guys literally chose the subpar eggs right next to the clear best option that was in the yellow packaging literally right next to it😂 the organic, pasture-raised corn and soy free eggs that you just looked right past!😅
Towards the end with the aches and pains ,i feel alot of injury throught my week but i also notice much recovery from eating alot of meats, also im a diabetic and noticed really good results with cooking up different broths weather its basic chicken broccoli or salmon head and cauliflower is just wow adding in meatballs or eggdrop or spinach really is the creme of the cram to getting full and giving your body what it needs , sometimes i even add some noodles but veggies in good broth is just the best
You have a link to this brand? I haven't had eggs in well over a year or more. I wanted to get back to see if I'm still intolerant or not. But was always worried about the corn & soy feed.
Organs are hard to find but luckily my neighborhood supermarket does sell them because i live in a dominican neighborhood and we dominicans love to cook it 😅

Hey Paul, the only thing I would suggest to you is everytime I see you pick honey it is never real raw honey. To be fully raw it must say unheated. "raw" does not mean unheated. The only brand that has real unheated honey at whole foods is Wee Bee Honey and Really Raw Honey. Real raw honey that has been sitting in a jar will not be liquid.

Question for the doc, raw milk? So, as I'm entering this diet here in South East Alabama about the only place to get raw milk is from a local organic dairy. However, they label it for pet consumption only. Is that a disclaimer for the state laws and is it safe for human consumption, and should I obviously add local raw honey to it? We always buy our honey local at the farmers market.
I only like Berries. I don’t like other kinds of fruits. Honey is pure sugar. Your pancreas doesn’t care about natural. Maybe for super lean people, it doesn’t matter.

Honestly I don’t think it’s about the harm done to animals. It’s mostly used because when it’s clearly more nutritious, all you got as an argument is fake studies and emotional arguments.

Can an elite NFL athlete compete with just fruit and honey as their only source of carbs ?
Well… This video shows an NFL player, who competes, and thrives on meat, fruit, and honey.
What would you like him to eat
Yes, why not? As long as they're adequately replenishing their sugar needs based off activity.

He said that sweet potatoes are a survival food for the native hunter gatherer tribes. Normally eaten for a short period of time till they find something better like honey, fruit and maple syrup.
