My animal diet mostly consists of ground beef & lamb, lamb's liver, and rib eye steaks. In Ireland, buying organic, grass fed meat is not that expensive. Raw dairy is harder to obtain, organic milk is the best on offer.

Hey im turning 47 in june & ive been eating a dozen mostly raw yolk a day & no mammals for close to 15 years on & off & a decade straight. I eat a little fatty fish or oysters sometimes, & fruit, rice, honey, 100% fruit juice. I am proving that raw yolk of anything is the superior animal product. Raw organs can be tied but not dooable. Muscle meat aint at the top. Fatty fish & other water life over muscle meat. Dairy might be over muscle meat.

This is the best video I've seen of yours so far. I'm moving overseas soon and I am concerned about being able to find clean food where I'm going. This kind of video gives me hope that there will be small responsible and proud farmers who want to sell the best quality foods. I'm carnivore right now but studying how animal based will be the next step for me in terms of adding foods to my diet. Raw milk is something I already like but one cup per day for a week put weight on me so I have to be careful about my metabolic disease. I am not healed from that yet so have some more time on the elimination diet before I will be healthy enough to add too many carbs into my diet. I have tried a few strawberries from my summer garden a few days ago that seemed well tolerated. I would love to see any videos where you make food or grow food. Subscribing today to see more videos like this one.

Yes no doubt do to Randle cycle locking out sugar from the inside of the cell. Instead of sugar pooling up in the blood and making you diabetic, your body stores it instead as fat, protective feature. You’re better off not eating them as part of your standard eating style, just like pretty much every other human. Paul has taken this too far. 400 grams of carbs while still eating animal fat is crazy, even if he is active.

Hi Mr. Saladino. I wanted to know do you use a microwave? If not, how do you re-heat your left overs? Thank you for your time.

Just eat them cold. I’m not kidding. I eat my stew meat and steaks cold as leftovers.

No, not a fan of microwaves. If i needed to reheat some left overs I would just throw them on the grill

Dr. Paul - Did you move near Uvita? That looks like the butcher shop I've been to a few times in Uvita.

Paul, absolutely love your content! I have learned and am learning so much from you! Could you possibly do a video on Venison meat and organs? I’m considering these as a cheaper source for animal protein. Thanks!!

Im going straight to san isidro de el general where the most awesome farmers market is. also your commentary is extremy interesting and and deserve attention
