Hey Tapp bros here, thanks for watching! Which bodyweight move is your favorite and are there some you can do right now? Train safe and stay strong! Thomas & Jonathan
Props man! @@@burhanumar3897 Yea that's how you spell it, the planche for me has been my arch nemesis, I have ben able to get the straddle off and on but the straight leg is what I'm aiming for.
Little tip : Put a pillow in front of you when you try to do an elbow lever or the crow pose, not only will it save your nose if you faceplant but it will maje you more confident while doing the pose. Also, if you have glasses, take them of, it will hurt your nose if you fall.
What has amazed me is that even after years of weight-training, I recently started your second exercise and FAILED. I couldn't hold that Frog Stand and really couldn't stack my hips over my head in order to go into a handstand. It's amazing how difficult bodyweight exercises are compared to weightlifting. I'm going to sell some of my weightlifting equipment and do more calisthenics and gymnastics. Much less stress on the body and joints.
@@BladeOfMcdonalds - that's the main reason why I am switching over from weight-lifting to gymnastics and calisthenics. When I first switched over, I was amazed at how many muscles I was not exercising with weights.

Funny how as a kid I didn't need a video to learn these, just improvisation while bored. And those parkour moves were essential if you wanted to be fastest kid around the block
I'm the first time on this channel and only in the middle of video I noticed that it was 2 different guys)) By the way, I liked your content, it's fresh!
This video includes a variety of styles and difficultes for beginners to try, aspire for, AND succeed at. I would normally need three different videos for that. Thank you!
Brilliant video guys. I purchased a set of gravity xl parallette bars a month ago and man what a purchase. I started the holds in your video, got a little ahead of myself went into doing frog stands and rolled over straight into my TV stand. Going to keep practising. Stay safe guys.
Nice, I like the thumbnail, looks a lot like a thumbnail from Calisthenicmovement with the blue shorts and all. :D you should totally collab with them btw.
Thanks Gustaf! Dude your so right, literally just need matching blue shoes and I'll look like El Eggs long lost cousin haha. They have an awesome channel! Def. would love to collab with those guys in the future.

@Jurgen Chen Then your "Adv tuck FL and Tuck planche" probably has the shittiest form. I can full front lever and back lever, straddle planche and I can do all of these moves. The elbow lever doesn't even require strength
@Jurgen Chen I can't even do normal tuck planche but I can do the elbow lever. It's mainly about leaning as far forward as you can to get that sweet balancing spot. And I did it for the first time just today, just for a few seconds.
Great video watching it makes me wanna get into core training more n more it exposes most gyms as just gimmiks they got there perks but not something you can't do at home for free
This is an amazing video!! I do yoga so i can do some of them haha but and awesome way to improve. Thank you so much I can't wait to try some of these lol.
Just to be clear: when doing the elbow lever, you mentioned that it requires minimal strength due to the elbow acting as support. This indicates it is meant to lean against something - so what is it meant to lean against? Ribs? Hips? Abs or even obliques? It would help to know so I don’t snap my wrist before I learn this.
Note: If you've never have workout before, or not on the newbie gains type of beginner like 4-12 weeks. You're gonna need to get a little bit strong first. Try the reddit recommended routine to get you started.
