Hi April! Thanks for sharing a bit of your work. Your teaching style is great, very calm and precise. Love how you stay strong in your center while teaching Renata. Also, many thanks to Renata, who did this challenging workout to help your apprentices - and us! Quick question: I noticed you keep the mirrors behind the Reformer instead of in front of them. Is there any particular reason for that? Greetings! João
Thank you for all the kind compliments. You probably couldn't see in the video but I do have mirrors in front of the reformers as well as behind. When teaching I mostly use the behind mirrors and side mirror. The behind mirrors help me with seeing posture and alignment so I can do a lot of correcting has I stand in front of the foot bar and I like it when clients turn around and are doing exercises like pull-straps, chest expansion, thigh stretch ect...they can see their own alignment and make adjustments. I think more mirrors the better. Thank you for watching!
As an instructor, it is VERY important to correct people. That’s why you pay an instructor. I’ve had people with absolutely no body awareness and it is very easy to get injured if you aren’t correctly executing an exercise.
love this classical sequence!
It is so interesting to watch advanced reformer series and makes me feel so calm for some reason :)
So good to watch you guys.

I do not like when instructors touch so much, and over Que unnecessarily.
