    Loved it!! Added a little extra shoulder on the plank facing the rear by moving arms in and out after the plank and pike. Keep ‘me coming. Thanks.

    Great with longer full-body, thanks. Also nice its without other equipment and you can do it on a reformer without stand.

    Loved this session, thank you. My reformer has 1 yellow band (half), 2 black bands (full) and 1 red band (1.5) so I found it difficult to work it out but I think I got there x

      Thank you so much Helen! I really appreciate the support and glad to know you like the longer classes. As for the box, I do try my best to give modifications during those workouts and/or in the description so that if you don't have one available you can still get the most out of those workouts if you still want to give those a try. Again really appreciate the support and feedback!

    Love your work-outs. I only started on a reformer (I’m a yogi) this week, and I’m hooked. I could do with a little more instruction on when feet should be pointed or flexed eg. leg extensions with balls of feet on the foot bar.

    Thank you. I froze my studio account because of the mask mandate so I can do reformer at home until this is lifted. This is just as hard as my in studio classes. Love it. Please do more intermediate.
