    碗仔翅 是一道街頭的出名小吃,很多人都對這道碗仔翅愛不釋手,其實我也一樣,超愛的!
    做這道其實難度不高,在家裏就能制作,煮出一大鍋,一家人享用,美味有飽足!
    此食譜可制作5-6人份。
    食譜:
    雞胸肉 1塊
    素魚翅、冬粉-150克 (素魚翅洗凈即可/如果是冬粉,需泡浸軟,剪半)
    蟹肉 100克 (沒有蟹肉,可以用蟹柳代替)
    幹瑤柱 適量 (泡浸1小時至軟,拆成條狀)
    香菇 2-3 粒 (泡浸軟,切絲)
    黑木耳 3-4朵(泡浸軟,切絲)
    水 1200 ml
    姜 一小塊 (拍扁)
    小蔥 2-3粒(拍扁)
    調味:
    蠔油 1湯匙
    老抽 半湯匙
    醬油 1湯匙
    鹽 1茶匙
    糖 1茶匙
    胡椒粉 少許
    紹興酒-1湯匙
    勾芡:
    玉米粉 - 2 大湯匙
    蛋花:
    雞蛋-1 粒 (打散)
    做法:
    1.先煮滾一鍋熱水,把雞胸肉汆燙,去掉血水和雜質,大概2-3分鐘再拿起來,備用!
    2.準備一鍋1200ml清水煮滾,把雞胸肉,小蔥和姜下鍋,煮大約30分鐘,撈起雞胸肉,小蔥和姜片.
    3.把雞胸肉弄成絲,備用
    4.加入幹瑤柱,雞肉絲,蟹肉,素魚翅,香菇絲,黑木耳絲,以中火煮滾,加入調味料。
    5.加入玉米粉水勾芡,可以慢慢加入知道你要的濃稠度
    6.慢慢加入雞蛋,攪拌均勻即可熄火。
    7.食用前,可以加入黑醋和香菜。

    Shark Fin Soup
    Shark Fin Soup is a famous street food, many people love this soup , in fact, I am the same, I love it!
    It’s not that difficult to make this dish, it can be made at home for the whole family to enjoy. It is delicious and satisfying!
    Serving : 5-6 people
    Ingredients:
    1 piece of chicken breast
    Vegetarian shark's fin, winter noodles 150g (vegetarian shark fins can be washed well / if it is winter noodles, soak and soften, cut in half)
    100g of crab meat (you can use crab fillet instead)
    Dried scallops (soak for 1 hour until soft, disassemble into thin strips)
    Shiitake mushrooms 2-3 pieces (soak and soften, slices)
    3-4 black fungus (soak and soften, cut into thin strips)
    Water 1200 ml
    A small piece of ginger (patted flat)
    Shallots 2-3 pieces (flattened)
    Seasoning:
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp of soy sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    A pinch of pepper
    1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
    Thicken:
    Corn flour-2 tbsp + 2tbsp water
    Egg flower:
    1 egg (beaten)
    Practice:
    1. Boil a pot of hot water first, blanch the chicken breast to remove blood and impurities, take it for about 2-3 minutes, and set aside
    2. Prepare a pot of 1200ml water and bring to a boil. Put the chicken breast, shallots and ginger in the pot and cook for about 30 minutes. Scoop up the chicken breast, shallots and ginger slices.
    3. Tear the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside
    4. Add dried scallops, chicken strips, crab meat, vegetarian shark fin, shiitake mushroom slices, black fungus strips, bring to a boil over medium heat, add seasonings.
    5. Add corn flour water to thicken, you can add slowly to know the consistency you want.
    6. Slowly add the eggs, stir evenly and then turn off the heat.
    7. Before eating, you can add black vinegar and coriander.
