It took my lecturer half a semester to teach the lower limb and here is a halfway 10mins dive. Guess I just traveled through time on youtube. Thanks for the video will be looking forward to complete the dive.
Thanks for your comment! This is the reason why we founded Muscle and Motion :) To help people understand better the anatomy of movement. You should check out our apps, you will love them. Thanks again.
I want to thank and give a lot positive energy and well wishes to the humans who have made this video and shared on the TH-cam platform for free. It has helped me learn and improve my knee health. Thanks again a ton ❤
Great video thank you. Seeing how everything is beautifully made by our God & creator ...and how's it all fits together, with it's different ranges of motions is stunning 🙂🙏
I need help! I am having a really painful problem where it feels as if the joint connecting my tibia and femur slip out of place due to hypermobile joints. I can’t find any research or guidance as to what this could be or what is actually happening. It caused extreme pain and I’m getting so frustrated. Does anyone know what this is about?
The handyman with the hammer is so funny 😄 A great video, thank you!

Weldon brother
It would be nice a video explaining how the soleus only works when the knee is flexed
Wow!
I keep touch my knees while watching this video
Sorry to say sir
Rectus femoris originate from anterior inferior iliac spine
straight head of rectus femoris originates from anterior inferior ilaic spine, not from anterior superior ilaic spine.
