Alvaro, look into living in Manistee. It's the same distance from (possible a few miles closer to Crystal) than Traverse City. The cost of living is half of TC. It is a tourist town like TC with all the trapping, but still has the small town feel. And if you want to enjoy something TC offers that Manistee doesn't have, it's only another 30 minute drive from work. Trust me, I have lived in both places, and use to commute. Give Manistee a look. You won't regret it.
Bonnie Greenbud that’s not a bad idea. Manistee is beautiful too. Both offer different lifestyles so it all depends on what a person is looking for. The cities offer totally different lifestyles.
Think you could hook me up with a rental for 1800 or under?? And I'm a welder they seem to have good paying welding jobs there and how far are they away from living? Than
They range from the property type. For example I owned a triplex and the 1 bed was 725/month. In newer buildings they are 1100-1400/month and I’ve seen them as high as 1750/month
Young people are fleeing here in droves in 2023 due to housing costs/low wages. I grew up here and it's turned into a "Come back when you got money" places.
It’s all perspective. I know plenty of young people staying and starting businesses and my company employs a lot of people that have stayed. Yes housing is getting pretty expensive
Looks like you clicked on the wrong video. I made the video, you watched it, didn’t like it. Move on…HELLO?! It’s a video about what Traverse City has to offer.
That was an awesome video with a lot of information, I have a friend that lives there and I was curious about the place. It looks so beautiful!
Traverse City is an amazing place. Thanks for watching
Hope that helps! I’m here to add value. Let me know how I can do that for you.
I lived in TC for 26 years and moved to Tucson 5 years ago. We want to move back we miss Traverse City.
Come on back. Winters are not as bad as they used to be. Summers are still amazing.

The winter is long but you can always fly down for vacation in Florida. TC has a great small airport.
Winters are not as bad as they were. All the direct flights with Allegiant make vacationing easy in case you do need to get away.

Great video. I'm going to be moving to the area soon.

There are rentals all over for town in that price range. Mostly apartments. I’m not sure how far the welding jobs are from town though.
Hello Sam , is it easy to find a job there ??
Lots of jobs but scarse housing.

I'm actually planning on moving up there in a few years
