    Dr Barnard is the best. Been listening to his advice for years. I will be 82 in May and don't take any prescription drugs, BMI of 23 and feel great.

    Santo to thank all involved in the physicians committee for what you’re doing. Started plant based on 1/1/20. Best change ever.

    I had severe Acne on my whole body and the dermatologist gave me Accutane , went vegan cleared nearly all my problems, Dr. Sebi's food list cleared everything else. That was 10 years ago :)

    If I see a video with Dr. Bernard's name in it..it's viewed, PERIOD. He's an incredible human being. I wish he ran for office, if not in the US we would gladly take him here in Canada. The world would be a happier, healthy place.

    Dr Barnard, I love your videos and my husband and myself recently completely gone vegan. Felt great . I got a question. I got pigmentation, are they hormone imbalance? Do you know why we get pigmentation? I always protect my skin with sunscreen or I usually avoid the midday sun or don't go to sun between 9am to 5pm because we live in Australia. Will be appreciated if you have answer toy question about pigmentation 🤗

    Throw down the gauntlet Chuck! Set up a debate between 3-4 WFPB M.D.s and 3-4 paleo/keto/fat loving M.D.s. It would be epic! Only rule is that all facts presented must be supported by at least 5 peer reviewed studies.

      Alexander Starke, Ok, in his recent interview on London Real he makes the statement that Beef has no nutritional value. Do you agree with that? Can you back that up with science?
      It’s commonly believed to have high amounts of;
      B12, Iron, Zinc, B6, selenium + much more...
      In the same interview he also compares
      Eating meat (health wise) to smoking and alcoholism, please can you show me the science that backs up this claim.
      If they can’t be backed up with solid evidence we have a Dr going round making big unfounded claims based upon his emotions around eating meat. Does this not ring alarm bells with you and start to question the rest of his work?

    • @captainpawpawchannel
      @captainpawpawchannel 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@soypusher5567 you have plenty of studies showing the effect of meat on health (basically creates or worsens all chronic diseases), you can listen to Michael Greger's conferences for example, then check the studies on ncbi. About beef: it has nothing that doesn't have plants, plus it has too much fats and proteins, no carbs, saturated fat, heme irons, etc...

    • @soypusher5567
      @soypusher5567 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Alexander Starke I’ve watched 3 of those movies (can call them documentaries). I’m also familiar with all those doctors work. It still doesn’t seem healthy, Dr Greger cherry picks his studies to appeal to Vegans. His health seems terrible, he looks ill and suffers from extreme brain fog. Dr Mcdougell also looks and sounds like his diet/deficiencies have damaged him. Shame really, I hope you will see though the agenda. Science can be manipulated to show what the big money wants it to show and right now it’s that plants are good - meat bad.
