Yo Linus, I got your solution for packing all that stuff. I ran a small biz sending toys for about 20 years, and a handful of years ago I picked up a small-scale air-filled bubble making machine. You can even get generic rolls for it, and it has the extension arm for larger bubble media, and another upgrade kit. It'd be perfect for occasional stuff like this. HMU :P

I feel like this was only the proto version of what could be a series. I think it would be better if instead of taking the gambling angle, it took a more "kitchen nightmares" vibe with linus coming in and buying everything and then helping them get stocked up with anything modern they would need or come up with systems that avoid that kind of thing happening again, like selling stuff at a discount or listing them on ebay after they hit a certain date past it's manufacturing. Although it wouldn't be like ltt to do the same thing over and over, I think there are plenty of ways to evolve the same idea of helping a small tech store.

Regarding the *random* sign merch, because of customs (like in Argentina for example) it would be nice to have a way of knowing what it is before its shipped to declare the item category in customs. if i get a cable thats no issue but a graphics card or monitor is never getting through. And never for 25 dollars, if the price is too low the figure is to avoid taxes. Here you are obligated to tell what is the item category and the price in order to get what you bought, otherwise you lost it.

Sleeper build or not? Well if it still works, then NO.
if it's broken then consider it.
Start by measuring and checking dimensions against the parts you are considering. If you can't shoehorn in a really L33T gaming system then put down your tools and step back from the table.
Now ask your audience if anyone has a ratty but working Mac Cube to transplant. And if no one is interested then look at what the best computer you can build into that would be and take another poll giving the details of how you got to this point.

You Linus are a gambler you just gamble in different ways and mainly on yourself, your employees, business partners, and more. You gamble probably more and harder than most people I can think of. The difference is to put it in the most basic term possible while others are gambling at casino's built by other people, you're gambling at a casino built by you.

The Apple G4 cube is the only computer ever to be placed in the Museum of Modern Art. MOMA. It is considered a work of art. Don't mess it up. It's Iconic

no follow it up, like you bought a tone of content, from historical exploration to finding out how far removed from the past the youngest are, to like... a tone of other just intreasting ideas you can do with the things you bought, like it's very much almost an obligation to milk the purchase from that store for like ever.

Maybe sign some of the cables and a person can buy one of the cables for 5 dollars and they might get one that's signed. The big items maybe sign them or just sell them. I think the cube should be left alone. The video was great.

you guys act like those tough books aren't good, for any business that works in an environment where there could be liquids spilt or dirt anywhere they are great, my parents used them for over a decade (with more modern updated ones every like 4 years) and they have never had one die on them, even though they used them in dirty barns all across their practice area.

MILK IT! it doesnt matter. its cool it wont be wasted and if you leave it to long its going to be less interesting because its less current.
Also I understand the wording of "milking it" but its not milking if its all goed content. then its just alot of content around this subject. milking it is making content thats just starting to go bad but you are unwilling to let it go

For the G4 cube. How about a video where they try to fabricate a replica with a sleeper PC inside or a modern day m2 system.

Don't make a video where you ask the younger members of your team what certain old items are. That's the biggest Boomer energy thing I've ever heard
