Hi Marta, your video is, once again, very inspirational. What pains me is that somebody, who is so creative, clever, enthusiastic and with open heart teaches us how to make art, says about herself she is not even an artist! Marta, you teach us, in yours videos, to believe in ourselves, so I beg you to do the same because you ARE AN AMAZING ARTIST! You don't need to have "a certificate" to call yourself artist. That what you produce is matter. And to me it is art and doesn't matter what you say for me you'll always be an Artist!!! Big hug xxx

You have a good ear to hear that Irish in there!
You think...??? I thought the Irish part was the easiest to hear! Not just the accent but the way the words are arranged in a sentence. It was the European accent i couldn't place....Mixed together has a kind of Russian twang to it lol. But what also convinced me the Irish seemed correct, is that she uses a lot of UK elements in her art, such as docrafts brand (papermania, Anita's etc ) and items from a shop called the works! (I love the works! It is so cheap and has such a large selection of crafty bits, books, gifts and stationery!) :-D xx

Maremi, you are wonderful. What I love the most about your style is the never-ending "oh I Love that" because you create and experiment such great soul fulfilling emotions as you do so. I need that. i have been finger drawing with heavy modelling paste, it's really easy. sketch an outline of what you want (picture frame, wings etc.) then just dab the paste on with your finger. let it dry then cut it out! x

Marta, i just love the way u talk and explain things. U r my main source of inspiration. I am learning so much from ur wonderful videos. Friendship is an awesome word, u feel like a friend even tho we live thousands of miles apart. U say that u r not an artist, but i disagree with that...whatever u attempt always comes out beautiful and i think u r an artist. :)

Love seeing your art. This is a handy video to watch. Its easier do a background almost without thinking but when it comes time to do an image nothing comes to mind. I have quite a few backgrounds in my journal with no focal point.Thank you so much, this one's a keeper.

Watercolour is my favourite medium. They say it's hard to use but the more you use it the more you get to love the surprises and how it has a mind of its own. I'd love to see another watercolour painting vid.

Love the way you used the watercolors. this is a nice alternative to sprays because I only have homemade sprays. also, images from coloring books are good for focal points.

I love love love when you go through your thought process, it helps a lot! I am going to go check out all your other videos bc I need to see how to make the textured look and I have a million questions. I also love when you say how much you adore your finished creations. We love your pages so it's perfect that you see it too.
I use most of these focal points too but I have tried both and I find that it's easier for me to find a focal point or points first, then create a background once I've got a color scheme and theme going.
I am still looking for focal points for pages I've made in the past so you've taught me I can use colors or words from the background to bring forward. Thank you!

Great video, Marta! You can always scribble the Neocolors onto your mat, then add water, if you want them to be more liquidly like the watercolors you used.

I am wondering if you would make a video about composition? Maybe your thought processes on how you decide (and why) as to where you choose to put your focal point....like why you put it to the bottom, or the top, or to the right, or left. What is your reasoning as to why you choose that. Balance? Weight? Color? Size? Maybe explain what you're thinking to yourself as you make your decision on 'where' or 'why' you will 'choose your location' for your focal point? Please!!! If you have already done a video on this idea, then please forgive me for asking. I will need to look further to find it then. Again, I love, love, love everything about you and your art, Marta! Love this video! I really enjoy working in adult coloring books. I color or paint the pages and then reduce them on my copier to use in art journaling. Or I can copy the page in black and fussy cut elements , such as flowers, butterflies, faces, etc... to do in many different colors.
