That's exactly what I was thinking. Like, really? This is sooo not my vibe. But the more you did, the more I liked it. Then, You Put A Bird On It and I was utterly sold on this.
(Also, the folk style and piano music you're using is wonderful. I usually turn off the sound, but this was lovely.)

Wow! Can't believe i just now found you! In my eyes, this is a perfect collage. You have a wonderful background with lots of depth, then well placed & cohesive elements that make your eye travel, little details that add interest& draw you in, and a perfect focal point that stands out just enough but still "belongs" in his environment! Awesome in the beginning I kept biting my nails but just like with any art there’s always a weird. And then all of a sudden it comes together beautifully
Yes in the middle it went a bit ugly 😂 but I managed to turn it around. It’s one of my favorite pages. Thank you so much 🌹
No way could I even attempt this with my inability to make anything loose in watercolor. But this is to me just one big mess. To those of you who love it you get it. I do not. So I'm not wrong and neither are you. We are just different in our minds when it comes to art. I am not trying to be rude or offend anyone. I imagine this is beauty to many. And this is what makes the art world so fabulous. So many many different approaches to using color as the expression of art in each separate individual. Good luck. Keep expressing yourself.
Ahem. Ok I wrote all of the above at halfway through this video. I have completed watching it now. And now I get it too. Once the dots were in the painting with the bird and the text it made sense. Wait can making sense be something one says when speaking of this painting? It makes no sense in reality. But it's art. Art cannot be explained. It's something that thrills us, defines us, makes us look inspired, stupid, remarkable or any adjective used to review the feelings we are having about a piece of art. This is not stupid as I first thought, nor is it ugly as I first thought, but it it's inspiring and remarkable. And now I get it. And I like it very much. And no I'm not a damn art critic. Not even a very good Painter. But sometimes we all have to say what's on our mind about a piece. I ask forgiveness for saying this was a huge mess. Thank you for hearing my long drawn out feelings about this. Goodnight.
But it was a huge mess in the middle and that’s ok. Art is never about the finished piece, it’s about the process.
