I'm so happy you covered this. I didn't request it, but was hoping you would.
Same!
Imagine crying at the mess on your house, and not over the loss of a life being blamed on you.
LOL. Watching this late Thursday night. Sent a message to my cousin who lives in Las Vegas asking what his son, an LV cop thinks about the trial. Can’t wait to hear.
The fact that Telles killed a man is bad enough, but the fact that he’s such a liar is double bad. I feel bad for his family.
Bad for his family? His wife maintained a relationship with him and had his child. She has no one to blame but herself.
Lying is worse than murder?
You are right Teyas!
So glad you're covering this. Watched on my own, thought it was wild and couldn't talk about it with anyone else. Good to get other people's take.
Omg you are a Boss. Thank you for going over this, I can’t wait 🙏 Thank you for your hard work
Ditto!!!
Love your coverage...could you gain up the audio in the cases you present?
I'm shocked he chose this route for his defense. Overly confident & delusional. It's obvious he used his mouth as a weapon throughout his life. What gave the defendant away was the killer walking away from the scene/house. He has the same GATE/walk, it's very unique (watch the video footage).
He was never a trial lawyer. Probate estates etc. mostly paperwork and appearances before the Surrogate court .
Your take on this was honestly pretty good. I watched it in real time since I was watching every day of the trial.
The crying is the weirdest thing ever! Not pictures of a dead man, but mess in the house.
If I were a juror,, I'd be grateful for ANY time the prosecution shut him up. Telles' delivery is is SO ANNOYING!
That just might be why the prosecution let him talk. And talk. And talk.
Telles cutting up his shoes and holding onto the clothes he used in the redrum is not puzzling; he did not want to take the chance that they would be found somewhere, like in his garbage. Him keeping the items is him keeping control of them.
Thank you so very much for giving an overview. I almost didn’t watch this episode because I had no idea what it was about until you started to describe it and then I remembered the general facts. But since I haven’t been following this particular one, your overview was just what I needed to be able to watch the rest of your video. Great job!
Thanks for covering this one Peter! I haven't watched this trial, I heard about this case when it first happened. It's fascinating to see someone give a narrative on the stand!
I have been waiting for this trial! Thank you for covering it!
He actually said that he wanted to thank the jury for being there! It's not a speech that he's giving at a conference.
I am SO happy you did this. I live in Vegas and know the players. THANK YOU
Thanks for your analysis
So glad u covered this tonight!❤
I hate to admit it but I almost untipped my left pointer while opening a popsicle with a serrated knife.
Absolutely never heard of a narrative testimony before. Happy to have your guidance and explanation to go along. I saw parts live on court TV but I prefer watching you holding our hands through it.
I remember that Craigslist killer and the murder of the Runion’s when it was on the news at that time. Would really like to watch along with that case too! Thank you!
And we thought DB was nuts..this raised the bar on WTF
Nah DB will always be the bar for me lol
@@phoenixryzen-qm1br RT is that calm one.
Morrissey also did a narrative testimony. It didn't fare well for her.
How excited is a prosecutor for this redirect? "Somewhere between Christmas morning as an adult and Christmas morning as a child"
💀 Perfect explanation, Peter!
You were right - it is "Teyes" not Tell-es"
Thank you Peter for covering this one I am a Las Vegas resident born and raised here and I am grateful that you are covering this one. Even if it was just a tad bit of coverage. And I was one of the people who asked you to cover this one. Furthermore, when it comes to his testimony, I don't buy his story or his tears, guilty guilty guilty.
Thank you for covering this. He’s a complete lunatic. I feel bad for his lawyers, not much to be done.
So funny! I thought it was totally weird when he said 6’5”. Just made it to the place where you clarify it’s 5’6”. Very different…
I'm def into this trial because it is so cray cray!
Wow! Just wow.
