I had it and it was excruciating. Getting out of pain was near on impossible. It took opiates to finally give relief. Biggest nerve in the body twisting slowly into the foot. Mine finally released like a rubber band. I jarred my back. No lasting issues.

Hello Maria. Thanks for your comment. My advice is to not ignore your scoliosis. Depending on your age it can progress quickly. I would look for a corrective care chiropractor or another practitioner who does structural rehabilitation and gives you a proper work up.
