- This 1993 Mustang coupe is such a racing time capsule! Who would have through that race fuel crystalizes and gums after 20 years of sitting! I go through the fuel system to see if the car will run on it's own...

Ive noticed that myself when filming engines, just filmed a 01 gt that i 4v swapped for a customer on first start up and even that thing sounded noisey as hell on my phone but quite as can be in person.

Old fuel has to be one of the most horrible smells. Glad you found a company to clean the tank.
The dented fuel tank was probably to keep the fuel over the right rear tire for weight. Traction on right rear tire is optional.
That octane boost in time does that sludge deal at the bottom of your tank and your two cents and get slime I’m just saying it’s happening to me. I have to use minimal 105 100 in my car Mustang taking my two cents in just get the proper octane fuel, I use airplane. It’s clean and it’s 100 octane. You have to add a little mystery oil just to cap to 5 gallons move it up a little bit that’s it runs like regular fuel anyway to be more than two cents a day.
Awesome cars and content. Quick question if you have a minute. Working on converting 93 notch 4cyl/auto to 5.0/t5. Hung up on brake hard line to the rear. Any tips tricks ?
Not really. You're gonna have to use a coupler and bend some line up to a T.. or convert to the original 5.0 style
LMR sells a kit with every thing it called cal to V8 conversion
Curious to know opinions on the fuel additive. Does it actually make a difference? Real world experience.

That fuel probably clogged the carb jets and such, may need a cleaning or rebuild to get it running right.
I've done some cleaning and the more I run it the better it's getting... I can pretty much drive it around normal now.
@@TheInfamousProject I also have a carbed fox with 351w in it. Running stumped tank. I was hoping you'd do an in tank efi setup to a return style regulator. I want to do that, my pump is so noisy for a street car 😑
One other reason for that dent in the gas tank, maybe my grandson jacked the car up using the gas tank how would I know that lol
