    I love Isa’s workouts! I get my muscles shaking without feeling like I’m fully dying lol. It’s challenging, but not to the point that it’s either discouraging or my form is a mess. Her moves activate muscles I didn’t even know I had XD Her workouts are also fun-this barely felt like 30 mins and my body feels so fantastic. I’ve really been struggling to find a workout routine that works with my schedule that actually makes me feel accomplished and ready to face the day. Thank you Isa! I plan to take up your 5 days for 3 week challenge you put out in this video 😊

    I have found that once I reached my 40s… things are not as easy. Your classes are amazing. Now other exercises are much more easier. I am now on 3 weeks of your classes. Thank you so much!

      Agreed! The 40+ Boday needs a lil extra LOVE! I supplement cardio/weight training workouts with my trainer with Isa’s classes and it works wonders for my CORE Stability and Flexibility (which my 20 something lover appreciates 😊)

    So glad I found your channel! This was my 1st workout with you. I’m still a beginner and yours is the easiest but still challenging, it’s not too hard where it made me give up. Other Pilate instructors were alittle too hard. 😅 I’m sure I’ll get there but I found your videos not intimidating at all.

    I really love the look of your videos. Please could you create no music in background or very subtle music versions? Being ADHD and neurodiverse its challenging to follow your voice, the music and tune in to body. Becomes overwhelming 😢❤🙏🏾 thank you
