My favorite thing about coming back to Pilates after a little break is alllll the ✨snap crackle pops✨ in my joints during the workout lol but in a good way!

Indeed I appreciate those gentle reminders when am being lazy, stretch to be longer, leg higher, chest in, back is straight no bending. Basically snatched. Thanks Raven. I love both summer and winter. I love sweating in summer and being hot with summer dresses and in winter I love the cold cloudy, rainy and wet days I ensure I always go for my walks. Oh gosh, I lift weights & run and think I’m in pretty good shape until I do this 😂. Will definitely be coming back for more. I’m in Texas & prefer the heat until it’s super hot & then wishing it was cold.

I don’t know what that “peak it under was” but my hamstring was burning. My body was dropping and I couldn’t tell until I touched the ground. 😅
I was like oh this is easy with the glute bridges but then you had me thread my leg and back up 😮💨😅😭🤣 i stared at my ceilingfor a bit after that 😂😂😂😂
