無骨雞翼 8隻(260g)
越南春捲皮/米紙 4片
Ingredients:
8 boneless chicken
wings (260g)
4 pieces of
Vietnamese spring roll
wrappers/rice paper
雞翼醃料 ：
雞粉 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
生粉 2茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
紹興酒 1/2茶匙
油 適量
Marinade for the
chicken wings:
1/2 tsp of
chicken powder
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of cornstarch
1/4 tsp of
white pepper powder
1 tbsp of
light soy sauce
1/2 tsp of
Shaoxing wine
Sufficient amount of oil
自製醬汁材料 ：
紫洋蔥 15g
蒜頭 2粒(13g)
乾紅辣椒仔 2條
檸檬汁 1茶匙
青蔥粒適量
魚露1湯匙
糖1茶匙
Homemade sauce ingredients:
15g purple onion
2 cloves of garlic (13g)
2 dried red chili peppers
1 tsp of lemon juice
Some chopped green onions
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tsp of sugar
