I like to use buttermilk brine with salt, paper, garlic powder and cayenne and lightly covered with potato starch….deep fried…very juicy…However I prefer fresh Chicken wings versus frozen. I like your slow cook on the flip side

將鐵pan燒紅,
落油至覆蓋鐵pan表面,
猛火燒30秒,熄火,
待油溫降至100度左右,
下雞翼,
開大火加熱,之後轉用中火將雞翼煎香😋😋😋
