I also have coffee in my chocolate cake recipe, it is always very moist. I'd love to try the almond joy.
I have watched a lot of baking shows where they add coffee to their chocolate cupcakes but never tried it. The coffee definitely brings out the chocolate flavor and a moist cupcake. We appreciate you watching and commenting. 😎😎

Really looked great,never been there,but there is another place called pastry paradise she makes homemade cupcakes and cakes,I usually go there,it’s a couple miles further down route 30 ,past millers smorgasbord

I add espresso powder to my chocolate cakes and it really tastes yummy, no real taste of the coffee at all, but yes, it does intensify the chocolate flavour.

You’ve never been to a chain called the Cupcakery. or small cakes they charge eight dollars apiece. When they open, they were 450 but two years ago they jumped up and I’ve never been back since and they are the only place I know of that sells gluten-free cupcakes in my area. I will make them myself thank you.

I just came back from Jackson Tennessee and I told a man in one of the stores there that I was gonna tell you about him or about his store. His store is southern magnolia and it’s in the Casey Jones village. He has the entire back of his store with Elvis souvenirs and there’s another area in the store that’s loaded with Elvis stuff. He has a lot of other things in the store that you can’t find in just any shop including a Santa Claus with pink clothes and he’s not carrying a sack of toys. There’s just all kinds of nice things in there that you would love. Casey Jones museum is in Casey Jones village and there’s a lot of other stores to go into. Also the old country store is multiple restaurants in one it’s similar to cracker barrel as you go in the front doors but with a huge I’m talking about huge amount of costume jewelry that you would love and they have a canoe hanging from the ceiling. They have a soda shop, a small restaurant that people can go in and sit and eat or take out. They said a lot of people stuff in there and get breakfast to take out. They also have a huge area that has multiple dining rooms and it’s all buffet and the food was really good, it’s country cooking. They had pulled pork, pulled beef, chicken, several other types of meat and Fried catfish fillet with homemade tartar sauce. Their dessert bar had cobbler’s and I don’t remember what else. Of course they had salads and lots of vegetables, baked beans and sweet potatoes or maybe it was yams. I noticed a comfort inn across the street and I think S saw a reminder in a couple of streets from there. There’s a lot of things to do and see in the Casey Jones museum as well as his home tour and trains that people can get in. They have a room for children that has huge movie screen and lots of things to play with and do and they have a gift shop. I don’t want to give away everything they have because somethings need to be a surprise but I will say that you could spend a day just in case he Jones village and you would definitely have plenty to eat. I tell the man that was behind the counter and apparently he is the owner of Southern magnolias that I was going to tell you all about his store and the Elvis memorabilia and I told him that you all love Elvis and that you were married at Graceland and he thought that was great!
